Screen looks great. Would work much better if inside and exterior floor supports were adjustable rather than fixed. Contour of inside and exterior hearth at slightly different heights and angles. I had to fit exterior foot with 1/2 inch spacer to have screen sit flush to fireplace face. Else all is good!

Screen arrived defective. The customer service is the worst I have encountered. I’ve been waiting five days for an email with a shipping label and information on the replacement and still nothing has arrived despite repeated attempts to contact the “special department” that handles this which by the way you cannot reach by email or phone, only text or chat.
