Worth the money!

This millwork was/is beautiful...my only problem is that i ordered two of the same one (pictured) but got two different ones. My cabinet guy was already working on refinishing the cabinets so we could not return one and get a replacement so ended up using mismatched pieces and hope nobody notices.

Nice beefy piece. Said it required sanding but I did not find that necessary. Really beautified my very plain fireplace.

Beautiful adornment

I purchased this to adhere to a wood mantelpiece over a gas fireplace. The carving is perfectly done, with no rough areas. It was easy to paint, though you do need a small brush to get into some of the smaller spaces. Its also quite sturdy and doesnt seem flimsy at all. Good quality - I would recommend this to anyone.

Its a beautiful item!

When I received it, there was a small tip at the end that was broken of..but hardly noticeable. I searched for the tip but was not in the packing leaving me to believe it was broken before it was packed for shipping. Please be more careful when handling these delicate pieces. Its a beautiful item!

Well made and beautiful

These are well made and reflects in the price. Saw similar ones at Home Depot which were less expensive but looked cheaply made. They work well for accenting your project.

Sticker almost impossible to remove

Smaller than expected and the sticker on the back is almost impossible to remove. When the design has holes in it, put on a sticker that comes off easily!

exactly as pictured

product worked great. I painted and glued the applique to the faux drawers under my sink. added a touch of elegance to the space. I have since ordered more to use in other areas around my home.

Nice solid wood applique

Nice solid wood scroll 12" applique. I have the larger 24" size also, and bought this to match. I do wish they had an in-between size, like maybe a 16", because this was a bit dainty with all the features shrunk. But still nice and served it's purpose.

Nice consistant detail and quality. Required a little sanding to prep for painting. I used it as an appliqué on a painted furniture project. Would purchase again!

Beautiful...but broken.

I only gave it 3 stars because it arrived broken. The packaging was not sufficient. I had to fix it myself because I did not have time to wait for a replacement. If it was not broken I would have given it 5 stars.

very nice, quality irem

I ordered the cherry wood. Little pricey. But needed for a project. Looks great. I put a clear gloss spray finish and it came out great.

Perfect for adding elegance to a room

When I remodeled my kitchen I added trim to my cabinets and a mini crown trim over head. My existing built in oven and microwave had two wide spaces, one below the oven and one between the oven and microwave. I used the Leaf Center with Scrolls to add old world beauty to these flat empty spaces. They were very easy to stain and made a wonderful effect towards adding elegance to my hum-drum kitchen.

Perfect for our home renovation project

We purchased the onlay for a fireplace mantel we were restoring in our 1920s Dutch colonial. We wanted something a little more substantial than what was currently in place and based on other designs we saw the onlay worked perfectly. We attached and painted and looked like it was original to the piece. Highly recommend!

Cherry Onlay

The quality was excellent and was just what I was looking for to add some detail to a headboard and a footboard of a solid cherry bed frame I made. The only thing I could wish for is that the onlay would be thinner. It projects out about 3/4 inch and would be ideal if it were a lower profile of 1/4 to 3/8 inch.

Well made and beautiful

I bought this to create a custom backdrop for a wedding. It was far more substantial than local hardware or home decor stores offered and when paired with several other equally substantial pieces and painted to make it all cohesive, the backdrop looked like a million bucks.

Perfect Touch

We remodeled our kitchen and I searched everywhere for this onlay to have our cabinet maker install above our built-in refrigerator/ freezer. The onlay arrived on time, was very in expensive and looked beautiful painted. It took our kitchen remodel from nice to WOW! These Enkeboll onlays are the bomb! Great quality, excellent service.
