Missing 7 major parts.

Very unhappy. We are missing 7 major parts, and are unable to put it together without them. We are missing 4-p2 parts, and 3-p5 parts. How do we go about getting the missing parts or a refund?

Get rid of Fedex

My fur baby loves the cat tree. It took about 3 hours to put together, but once it was up he started climbing on it right away. My only problem was with Fedex. Walmart really should end its business with Fedex. Fedex delivered my cat tree to the wrong house. If the neighbors weren't nice enough to bring my package to my house, I would have never received it. Fedex is the worst courier service out there.

It was easy to put together...I did it in a couple of hours by myself. Kind-of like a jigsaw puzzle only bigger and in 3D! My four rescue cats love it. There is always at least one of them on it. I have it by a front window so it's also an entertainment center as I live on a busy street. I would buy another if I had the room. Thank you.

Do not buy if you have large cats.

This is not good for large cats.The distance between the different levels is not big enough. My cats have a hard time going from one level to another. Not recommended for large cats.Contacted the company but have not heard anything from them.Not happy.
