Damaged items and very poor customer service

Do not purchase this furniture. I ordered 2 nightstands, 1 dresser and 1 chest at a cost of almost $2,000. Only 1 nightstand arrived undamaged. The drawers were not aligned and corners splintered and squashed and even a crack on the front of one item. These had clearly been damaged during transit as the boxes were pretty beat up. When I contacted Sam's for a replacement (these items were and are still showing as available for purchase) I was told they would only be able to offer a full refund for me. This was a shame as the furniture was just what I was looking for. I received very poor customer service, and it took 4 weeks for the items to be collected and a further 7 days for them to acknowledge receipt and now a further 7-10 days for a full refund to be issued. The delay in collection of these items was no fault of mine and was purely down to the mishandling by Sam's customer service department. I had to chase them for updates several times and they never got back to me when they said they would. When I first called Sam's to report the damaged items, I was told to call back the next day as their system was down - I have been left very frustrated and inconvenienced by the whole experience. I thought Sam's were better than this.

shipping is horrible

The first one was delivered at Home Depot, and it was sitting on the pallet ON ITS SIDE!! of course when I get home and unboxed the side that was on the pallet was damaged on the corner. Well, Home Depot was nice enough to do a return right away and help me with the second one with a small discount.BUT, the second one was delivered to my house, and of course it was on the pallet on its side. I told the driver not to leave until I took the cover off to check for visible damage. If there’s damage then I will have to call the one 800 number so I told him just to wait so I can take pictures as proof that I unboxed it while he was here. I am Lost for words, its over a month with no dresser. The wife is very upset! Home Depot should handle the shipping with its own company and not through third parties!

Love it looks just as nice in person. Beautiful hanging in my entryway. It sparkles and looks just as sparkly hanging at home S it does online. Very happy with my purchase!!

Easy assembly, beautiful crystals, lovely modern design. Hung this over our round kitchen set with a dimmer switch. Absolutely gorgeous kitchen glam! It would look beautiful anywhere.

It's really pretty in my dining room

This dresser is a lot prettier in person. The pictures don't do it justice. It is a dark rich chocolate color. It doesn't look ashy and rustic like the picture they advertise. It's heavy and solid and looks expensive. I absolutely love it.

Pretty Light easy assembly but casts reflection

So we love this light fixture, my wife wanted something a little prettier than previous one and a more modern look. We love the reflections but may not be desirable for everyone (see pic 1)

You won't be disappointed.

Love this chandelier. It is good quality and I get compliments all the time. The reflection on the walls is beautiful. I would recommend this product.

Excellent quality. Better than anticipated.

Beautifully constructed. Worth every penny. It changes color. In bright sunlight (like in this photo) you really see the rich brown and in normal light it's way darker. Love this piece!

Diamond peace
