frame hangers not as described

Bought this frame because the photos clearly depict that there is one hanger on the vack if you want to hang the picture horizontally. That is a lie - the product has 3 total hangers on the back, 2 hangers to hang the frame horizontally. this means you either have put two holes on your wall and use a level, or rig up a wire between the two hangers. When I was trying to attach a wire to the frame one of the hangers actually popped out. So frustrating. im not sure why its so difficult to find this size of frame with just one hanger on the back. Again, this listing promises that specifically but the product is different.

This is a beautiful wood frame that comes with the hanging mounts. It's simple and will go with most decor. 13x19 is an odd side, so I added a picture mat to emphasize the photo. This size is absolutely perfect for a collage.

I got this Wood Wall Mount Photo Picture Poster Frame, Hanging Hardware Included, 13" x 19" with the idea to put my husband's business logo inside. Dress up the office space a little. It definitely did the job! The frame I got is black. Looks very nice hanging on the wall. The frame is very sturdy and feels very well made. Easy to hang and also adding the logo inside.

I have no idea why I was thinking this was going to be a picture of a guy in a canoe but that is actually just the background paper. I liked it for that purpose. This is a thin wood frame that can be hung horizontally or vertically. There is no mat included. I dont really see anything particularly special about this frame other than it appears to be sturdy. My wife and I really liked the picture so now we need to figure out a way to hide the watermark on the lower left showing the 13x19 size.

Quality, Affordable.

Mine came very well packaged...encased in styrofoam and a nice tight box, inside another well cushioned box as I ordered 2. They look great for the price have a nice solid feel. Very pleased after my experience with other brands not so well packed received as shards of glass. I'm back for more.

Pretty good frame, annoying tabs

Whats up with picture frames having the annoying folding things on the back to secure the backing? The things are annoying to fold up, and if folded up and down too many times it will probably break. Once folded up these tabs also are easy to damage the backing with slightly, be careful of that. That may sound negative, but its not specific to this frame. That part of the design is annoying, but overall it is a good frame.

Well made and we like it

works very well for framing our 13 by 19 puzzle we put together. Plain black frame - nothing fancy. Glass insert - We know from experience, that is why we had to buy this second one. They packaged it well and it arrived (glass and all) in one piece. There was a small scratch on the black frame, but nothing that a black permanent marker would not cover up, after all it is only holding a puzzle.

Buy these in store/ship to store

I purchased 8 of these frames online intending to create a gallery wall with some art prints for a low price. The first 8 arrived via mail - frames busted, glass shattered, all of them damaged so I exchanged them obviously. The next set also had to be sent by mail - 2 of those were shattered glass and a couple of the others had some nicks, but I covered those with a sharpie because I was already tired of this shattered frames business. I ended up ordering two more shipped to the store, and those arrived packaged well and undamaged. Moral of the story - pick these up in a store!

Frames nice but delivery was bad

Frames are great if deliveries without damage. Took two orders of 21 frames to get 12 usable frames and even the ones I kept needed touch up with a sharpie be of little nicks. Packed with a lot of padding on top of box but none on bottom and little between frames. Box came w 3 shattered at bottom and every one nicked or scratched on frame from sliding over each other. Walmart’s next day delivery also a joke. It is 2 or 3 day at best.

Great Frame, poor packing

I'd rate this a 5-star except for the packing. This one was a replacement for previous one that had the glass broken and this one was okay probably because only one in package (previously there were three with one broken).

Nice Frame

Nice looking frames and solid for the most part. Ordered 5 and 3 arrived broke - glass in one and frame on another one. We were able to swap pieces around to make 4 good frames. Each frame was packed in a bubble wrap bag then brown paper was used for the rest of the packaging. I think maybe the frames should have been wrapped more securely to prevent slipping around in the box.

Nice, but some are flawed

I bought a number of these snap frames for an art show because I just wanted a basic black frame. The Snap is a good looking frame, it comes with glass, and the price is right. However, I would advise ordering in smaller quantities, because many of the frames came with damaged corners, broken glass, and deep scratches. I had to return many and reorder. The second order arrived in better condition, but still had broken glass. To sum it up, I like the frame, but the shipping could use much improvement, and check every frame for damage and make sure there are no construction flaws like protruding corner wires or rounded corners!

Semi-satisfied

It's a sleek, good looking frame for the money. The quality, though, is what you would expect for the price. I ordered 6 frames. When the package arrived, 2 of the frames had damaged and separated corners. The side of another frame was warped and bowed outward. I sent those 3 back and I'm still waiting for replacements. If you can get a good one, though, and put it on the wall where it will never be touched, I would recommend them.

Awesome Frame

I purchased three of these and one of the glass pieces in the frame came cracked. The frames are awesome quality. Especially for the price....... they are unbelievable for the price.
