finish of frame NOT chrome
I called to ask about finish i.e. is it painted silver or actual chrome. The associate called someone & got back to me & said it was chrome (which i needed). It arrived and was not chrome. If you're looking for a painted silver & don't need actual chrome or chrome-like appearance, this mirror works. If you need chrome - no way. Had to return & of course a pain bc it's huge (30" x 60")

I've been looking for the right quality of mirror in a framed matte silver that fit above a 42" bathroom vanity. This is the one! My bathroom isn't finished but wanted to post for anyone else that may be on the hunt, too, and wondering about this one.
Beautiful well made mirror. Be aware that it is very heavy and will need anchors or instalation into studs. We haven't installed it yet, but very impressed!

Mirror looks good overall and is pretty sturdy. Not at all light and cheap feeling. It's packed pretty well and shouldn't show up damaged unless it takes a really big hit from something. . One negative I can say about mine, the metal frame appears to have been made in two pieces and you can see where they were connected to eachother in two spots. It doesn't look bad, but it's also not completely smooth and it's able to be seen.
