Very disappointed.

I was excited when the package came as I had high hopes that this was going to be a pillow that would solve my neck issues. I opened the package only to find that the pillow was only finished sewed halfway. The stuffing was coming out where it was not sewn. I pinned it closed and when I laid on it, my head went flat with no support whatsoever. I paid nearly $60 dollars for this pillow and have to sew it up before I can use it. Let's see if your customer service is better than the quality of the pillow. What can you do to make this right?

NO Fluff in Fluffco pillows!

Terrible pillow. I purchased a firm pillow. When I laid my head on the pillow, my head went through the pillow to the mattress. No fluff in Fluffco pillows. When I emailed about returning the pillow, Fluffco advised me to donate the pillow. I recommend that everyone purchase Boll and Branch products, including their pillows.

Hotel at Home Sweet Home

I have been searching for the fine hotel experience for a few years. Fluff Co hit my spam and I was intrigued. I'm a half side and half stomach sleeper. I ordered both soft and firm. They are very similar. The firm is a little more filling, but not a whole lot. I preferred the soft. It is 85% of the hotel feel. I suspect the down version would have been 100% there, but alas I went with the alternative down as I had a very mild allergy to down 30 years ago. These replace my COOP alternative down. COOP was pretty good, but it didn't have that "fluff" found in top tier hotels.

It’s ok

This set is a bit lumpy. My initial Fluff order last fall was fabulous, so I reordered more of the same items, same fill. The fill content felt completely different and very uncomfortable. I was able to exchange for a different fill and they are just ok. I went from recommending the pillows to everyone to just being content with this purchase. I have both the down and the down alternative pillows.

Finally

I had to retire my favorite pillow years ago, since then I have been on a search for a proper replcement. I bought several pillows off a high end store site but each of these did not fit the bill. Next I tried a famous pillow, while the cost was good and it was better it still was not what I was looking for.

Be sure to read the return/exchange policy before ordering. If you take a pillow out of the plastic bag to try it out, you can’t exchange or return it. If you keep the plastic bag in tact and want to return or exchange it, they charge you $10. In my case, I’m stuck with a pillow that won’t get used because it’s way too firm. Customer service suggested that I donate the pillow to a shelter; great idea but I’m sure the $60+ would have gone a lot farther as a donation than one single pillow. :/

You won’t be disappointed

This is the second set of pillows I’ve purchased, and I’m glad I did. After learning FluffCo collects feathers ethically, we decided to go with real down on this new set, and we’re not disappointed. The squishyness of the soft versions allows me to put the pillow in the exact shape I need for neck and head support, which is different depending on which side I’m laying on, and also different when I’m on my back. For those of who move around a lot when sleeping, these are the perfect pillows.

They are great Pillows

I have slept with these pillows now for several nights and I had ordered the soft but they still are not as soft as I would have liked. I did wake up last night with the side of my head laying on the pillow ear was hurting. That is exactly why I ordered these pillows because my old pillows were doing the same thing. I hope once they are broke in a little they do not get harder but softer.

High quality pillow at a reasonable price

This is the best pillow we have owned! After “My Pillow” that seemed great but eventually hardened and made my ears hurt, the softness and moldability of my softer Fluffco pillow was a gift of comfort. This pillow is on a par in comfort with the better Hotels and cruise ships we have been in. I bought the softer pillow and it still has enough full to keep my head elevated. I highly recommend Fluffco pillows!

terrible return policy

I purchased two pillows from this company, One soft and one firm because I didn't know which one I would like best. The soft pillow sinks around your head and covers your ears. So your head will sweat. The firm pillow is like sleeping on a rock. So your neck will be stiff and give you a headache. I only tried these pillows out for one night. I went to get a retun label the next day and on the website when you click on return you will get a message that says if you opened the package, then you cannot return the pillows. How can you try out the pillow without opening the package. The message on the website said that if you opened the pillows they are not returnable. The company suggested the unreturnable pillows should be donated to a shelter????? WTH. So I contacted customer service and complained about their return policy and said it was deceitful. Needless to say the decided to give me a full refund but I had to really press them for the return. Be aware if you buy one of these pillows they are not returnable if you open the package.
