I have gotten two chairs, they both have been put together exactly the way the directions say and the chair still doesn’t lean back

This chair has been so comfortable. It has been wonderful to sit on during these long hours of virtual lessons and sessions with students due to the Pandemic. I have literally spent hours at this chair and have to say it is very comfortable.

The chair is labeled as Ergonomic and it is! Comfortable and nice recline, not too laid back and not too upright. Easy to assemble. I am so glad I bought this one!

After 1 year, the seat height does not adjust.

The chair was not easy to assemble it was a lot of effort into getting the screws in on the chair. The rest was easy but putting both the top seat and the bottom in with the screws was rough. It does look really nice and sturdy when you manage to get it together.

This was worst experience. Twice commitment made were not followed through. As a result, the value of the purchase was diminished considerably. Still not sure if the assembly will happen or money is gone down the drain.

The chair is great, delivered right away, my husband put it together for me. It looks nice and is comfortable. The price was right. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I thought that it would rock/recline a little. It does not. But still a good chair

I just received my chair. Didn’t realize I needed to put it together! The chair is dirt and beautiful. I plan to out it together soon.

Chair failed to go together properly. Couldn’t get one screw to go in correct. My husband had to force a screw, however, will not fully go in. He’s using at work because he didn’t want to take it apart and return it for a refund.

Too small for a larger person. Cheap for a reason

I bought the chair because I like the why looks, but, for me, a 6 foot man, it is way to small and it is not padded very well. Also I think it is overpriced compared to other chairs on the market. Lastly, one of the screws did not tighten during assembling, but that could have happened with any other chair that is made in China.

Comfortable chair with the money.

Overall love the chair, little difficulty assembling due to materials covering openings for screws. Overall great purchase

Disappointed

It sits very low and doesn’t adjust as high as all other office chairs I have had. It also had a scuff/tear on one of the arms faux leather but I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it and getting another one.

This chair was exactly what it was supposed to be, nice looking,comfortable,easy assembly! I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for a decent office chair at a fair price.

I like the chair, assembly took less than thirty minutes. Gave four stars as I would like to have more padding in the seat, otherwise really like the chair.

It's a pretty good chair for the price. It's wide enough to comfortably fit a plus size person (women's size 18) with several inches to spare. But the bottom cushion is quite thin and within an hour of sitting, my behind hurts. I need to work at the computer several hours per day and this chair is not comfortable on the tush. I've since ordered a gel seat cushion to use with it, and for that extra expense, I could have just gotten a nicer chair. The tilt and swivel are nice, but the chair feels a bit cheap and I question how long with will last under daily use. It was cheap, so I'm OK with that, but your mileage may vary.

It’s very comfortable however I can’t figure out how to have a tilt backwards. The features of the Chair says it does but I can only get it to go up and down so far.
