Lights had caulking / adhesive underneath indicating prior use before repackaging for selling again. Unable to remove substance.

simple to install

These lights were simple to install on the dock - just remember to turn on before fastening to the wood. They look nice, provide sufficient light and are sturdy. It would have been nice to have access to solar batteries - my only complaint.

Great color and bright

I was worried at first and had the driver watch me open the box. It was mashed, even had holes in it. I knew there were lights in that box. The little bulbs all looked ok even though two lights had scratches on the grey paint. All I cared was they would light up the beautiful bright blue. And they did
