I bought this same set of lights 3 yrs ago. They worked great. They stopped working and i bought them again. I haven’t looked at the old set to see if battery can be replaced yet.

Ambient Solar Powered Edison String Lights

I love these lights! Pros: add ambience and style to my pergola, solar powered so no electrical source needed which is a bonus in the event of a power outage, charge lasted as much as 12 hours, price- I anticipate the price will drop even lower but I didn't want to risk these selling out, 12 lights and 27 feet of cord was ample to cover 3 sides of my pergola. The clamp option works great as I placed it on top of the pergola allowing the panel direct access to the sun. Delivery was fast and the box was well packaged. Finally, if you want the lights to come on earlier, cover the solar panel itself and voila, the lights come on. There is only one con: if you're looking for light and not ambience, these are not the lights for you.

I’m quite impressed with these lights. After having mixed feelings due to the reviews, ranging from one star to five, I took a gamble and ordered a set anyway. We gave them a full days charge and strung them out on a fence. The construction of the string is very heavy duty and should be capable of withstanding years of exposure to weather. The LED lamps are very bright, not reading lamp bright but a very soothing accent lighting.

After reading a few negative reviews I was a little concerned but decided to order anyway.I am so glad I did!These lights are perfect.Quality was much better than I expected.Helpful instructions included walking through any trouble you might have.I had none.They are the perfect brightness.We ordered 4 sets and they look great.Solar is working very well. I am getting more light time out of them than the instructions say. They last all night with being in the sun all day.Very easy to install.Make sure to tighten all the bulbs as the instructions tell you so they remain water proof.Order them!BestI have found.

We were going for that outdoor cafe look and these lights delivered! I am extremely happy with their durability. Several times, while installing them, the bulbs hit our cement patio but were unaffected because they are plastic, though they look like glass. I also like the mounting method given with the solar panel and clamp. I hate buying something only to find I was duped by a cheap Chinese knockoff. That is not the case with these lights. Buy with confidence!

Wanted some lights to hang on my front porch since Ive updated it and these were exactly what I was looking for. I did have the solar panels sitting in direct sunlight for six days straight before hanging them. Finding the command outdoor light clips was TOUGH!Hardest part was actually putting up the clips and the rest was a breeze. They give off just enough light to be able to sit in my rocking chair and enjoy the summer evenings. Came on as it got dark and so far so good!Would definitely recommend these lights. Shipping was quick and packaged well. Directions were very clear.

I have finally found the kind of lights I’ve always wanted in a solar version!!! They’re perfect. The brightness in the dark is perfect- creates a nice ambiance. We spend a lot of time outside on our gazebo and patio during the nice evenings in late spring through the fall and these lights are going light up those evenings with a warmth elegance. Buy them you won’t be disappointed!

I have a large deck that doesnt have any outlets so I bought these hoping theyd work for the space. So far so good! I had to reconfigure the solar panel a little to get it positioned so that it got the most sun. Once I did that, I have light from sundown to sunrise. I was also pleased with how sturdy the cord is. I live in Southern CA so we dont get too much rain etc, but it will be interesting to see how they hold up during the winter season.

Weve only had our lights for a few days and love them! We actually own three strands--2 strands are 1w and are on our railing, and the new strand is on the umbrella. The lights are marketed as 1.5w but the box says 2w. I wouldnt know the difference to look at it, but we wanted something brighter for the umbrella and these do the trick. The lights stay on from dusk to dawn which is pretty amazing. We had a problem with one of the 1w strands and the company was tremendous in supporting/replacing our strand. That said, we purchased a 3 year warranty for the new strand on Amazon 5 just in case. I highly recommend Brighttechs solar powered LED string lights!

So far so good! Ive had my lights up for a week now with no issues whatsoever! Theyre wonderful lined across the top of my fence. Theyve seen a heat wave of 103 degrees and have also been down poured upon yes, weve had some crazy weather in my area lately and they still are going strong and bright! Ive been using the clips that hold the solar panel to the fence rather than the in-ground stake, so I can speak for the in-ground method, but the clip is fantastic!

We love solar lights. Our backyard doesnt have any outlets, so solar is pretty much our only option.. Weve wanted Edison lights for a few years, but they always seemed to be plug-ins.We live in San Francisco and our backyard it entirely paved, so we try to avoid glass. It was a great bonus that these had plastic bulbs.They look great, theyre bright for Edison lights, of course, and they last all night. Only time will tell if they last. We find that a lot of solar lights only survive a year maybe two, but due to the hardiness of the cable, were hoping we can get a few years out of them.

These were exactly what I hoped they would be! We have a pergola in the middle of our backyard and previously had traditional electric but otherwise identical looking lights strung across but I hated that we had to run atacky-looking extension cord across our yard to plug them in every night. We put these up in their place and other than the strand being a bit shorter than the electric strand, we haven’t noticed a difference in the look or the brightness of the solar strand we used one strand in a v-shaped pattern across a 10’x10’ square frame and I LOVE that they go on every night when the sun goes down without me having to plug anything in or turn any switch. I’ve woken up at 4am and peeked outside to see them still shining brightly.A few cons, if you can even call them that.1 it has to be darker than I’d like for them to go on. We eat dinner outside around dusk and would love for them to be on for ambience but will usually have to put a napkin over the sensor to get them to come on because it’s not dark enough yet2 the stake the the sensor connects to to put it in the ground snapped off really easily when we first assembled it, but I contacted the company and they sent us out a replacement piece right away.

Only had these a short time. Less than two months. So I cant speak to long term. However, so far these lights perform beyond expectations. Durable, bright, long lasting light output. I have these strung under my patio pergola with the solar panel mounted on top so it gets max sun exposure. Lights go for at least 8 hrs after full charge. Well see how long they last, but they appear well built and of good quality especially for the price

These lightstrings are fantastic. They give off a nice warm glow. They are easy to hang and the solar aspect means these are running on free, clean energy. One arrived with a broken bulb/casement and brightech helped me diagnose the issue and sent replacement parts. They were super helpfull. The parts were very easy to replace. These are a great deal and you wont be disappointed.
