We have used QuikShade for years and love the products. We keep frame or canopy of those that end up getting trashed (takes years) and purchase the same so we have backup.

Totally easy set up. Cover seems are a little delicate so go easy when pulling it over corners. Comes with a rolling storage bag.

Do not buy...

Do not buy, it's cheap made, poor designed junk. Lasted two months only used on with our travel trailer on the weekend.

Doesn't let rain run off

Good shade but if it rains it holds water and it will bust the seams I am not satisfied with my purchase you have to take it down every time it rains a drop

Solo Steel SOLO100 Straight Leg Pop-Up Canopy, 10 ft. x 10 ft. White

We purchased the Solo Steel 100 because of the compact size when folded. It is great for the small trunk in our hot rod. We have used our canopy about 5 times. The time before last, a pin worked its way out of one of the cam locks so it would not clamp. That same use, one of the pull-rings broke. We were able to push the pin back in and all was good and we replaced the plastic pull-ring with a metal key ring. Then, last time we used it, one of the cam-lock housings broke and the clamp will not hold the leg in place as the lock won't work. (W had to tape the leg temporarily.) All of the cam locks seem to be slipping now. Not sure what the issue is but the cam locks do not seem to be very durable. We already recommended this canopy to a friend who also bought one. Hopefully, they will not have the same issues!

Frame great, not the canopy

I purchased this to use on a beach vacation. The frame is great, very sturdy, but the canopy is too large for the frame. It’s fine until it rains and because the canopy doesn’t fit it sags badly and it will collect the rain water and will collapse everything. I contacted customer service for the vendor qwikshade but got absolutely no response.

I order two Quik Shades, primarily for a large family gathering that I was having. They offered lots of shade from the hot sun after going up easily.

Not so good

I should have returned this but we we're having a gathering and I thought I could make it work. It's nice looking, just the color I wanted but the center will not go up all the way no matter what we've tried. It has to be taken down every time it rains. Water pools on the sides because the canopy is not tight. If there's a solution we'd sure like to know about it. Also it came with no instructions , no stakes or ropes. Didn't think we needed those . Lesson learned. Just can't recommend it.

Stronger than they look!

I have 2 of these canopies erected semi-permanently on a temporary patio in front of my restaurant and they are holding up well in spite of a few hard rains and strong gusts of wind. I am impressed because I know this is not the kind of extended use or weather they were designed for!

Problem with the canopy leaking

Easy to set up, price was right. BAD thing is The canopy LEAKS at the seams. Very unhappy right now.

Easy to put up and really stable . The stakes and the cords to put on during higher winds were perfect. Easier to take down .
