This product doesn’t deserve a star at all! I got my package pretty quickly but came in INCOMPLETE. Manual sucks, incomplete parts, no hardware kit. I had to reach out to the manufacturer back and forth to send me the missing parts for two weeks!! Imagine two weeks!! Overall took me almost 4 weeks to assemble a bed?? Home Depot CS too sucks they don’t care about you and there’s this guy I spoke with David I think his name was he shouldn’t be in CS not helpful just wants to get off the phone.
