High Quality Sofa with Great Service

The day I got the ottoman there was multiple black marks on each corner. Also had an imprint of like a buckle or something it might have been tied down. They won’t exchange only return. Customer service is non existent and they tried to schedule pick up with out my permission.

Loved it at first

I loved the set when I first received it but I recently added the sofa table shown on the ottoman in the picture for my oversized ottoman from the set and my cushions are almost 9” less in height which creates a huge space and it looks tacky. Considering I’m never home to use the set to have caused any settling with the cushions means what is pictured and I ordered and what I was sent are two very different things. Not happy at all!

Absolutely love this couch. You truly feel like you’re sinking in it and can either sit, lay on your back, side or stomach without trouble. Quality feels great and the wait was worth it considering the truck drivers brought the pieces up to my apartment and installed it! No complaints

Cute and comfy

Absolutely love this couch. The material is so comfortable and the seat cushions are fluffy. Have several cats and it’s easy to clean up any hair or messes.

I first want to note the delivery time. When I initially ordered the estimated delivery was 6-7 weeks and 2 weeks after ordering I received notification to schedule my delivery. It came in 3&1/2 weeks! The delivery was smooth, the delivery men were in and out within 30 minutes. Now, the couch itself is HUGE. If you have a smaller apartment/living room definitely take measurements prior to ordering. The couch is modular though so it’s pretty easy to arrange the pieces how you’d like. Sitting on this thing is like sitting on a cloud, the cushions are huge and all the pieces are a soft velvety material. I didn’t purchase the ottoman (wish I had) but there is so much couch even with just the three pieces. I am absolutely THRILLED with this purchase, by far the comfiest thing I have sat on and it looks SO luxurious. I was looking for a cloud couch dupe that was not a million dollars or lacking volume in the cushions and this is it. I love knowing this is a timeless piece because the quality is ✨spectacular✨

Smart buy

Love the color and softness. The depth is exactly what I was looking for to lounge and be comfortable. Level is great, and I hope it will be easy to maintain clean. Love that the pieces aren’t attached and can be moved to adjust layout. Worthy purchase! Smooth cover.

Super comfortable couch

We were nervous to buy a couch that we never sat in but this couch surpassed our expectations. The material is soft. It's very large, make sure to measure before buying. 10/10 recommend. We are buying another one for our playroom.

Large, comfortable ottoman!

After a search high and low for the ottoman that matches my couch (the furniture store that sold it to me didn't have the right color), I finally found it here on Overstock. It's plush and expansive, just like the couch itself. Don't let the picture fool you - it's a large square instead of a cushion-shaped rectangle, which is what I thought it was when I ordered it. Nonetheless, I still like it and it provides extra seating and/or comfort for putting my feet up on movie nights.
