Good Price and Product, but...

Well this product has been hard to find and when Buy Buy Baby had the item and gave me a coupon I was super excited, until the item arrived damaged. I was super disappointed then it took me about 2 weeks to get the return started, get the item picked up, and then get my refund to go buy it somewhere else at a higher price. I will say the lady I spoke with Genesis was very polite and she did her best to make the transition as smooth as possible. She is a big part of the reason I am giving 3 stars. I really wanted this to all work and the busted corner was just not something I could live with as this is the furniture I plan to have for my daughter for years to come. All in all Buy Buy Baby is a good company but the carrier was not careful enough with the furniture.
