Fantastic

Worth EVERY cent. This air mattress is sturdy and comfortable. I added a nice mattress pad as I am using it for an extended period but it doesn’t require constant filling and that is just a switch when it does. It sleeps like a dream!

Product recommended by someone I know. I purchased one Matress 3 years ago. Purchased another 17 months ago. Matress developed a leak. Customer service suggested I repair with Flex tape, which I did. But There must have been another leak I couldn’t locate. When I called customer service with my issue again they offered to replace my Matress even though I was 5 months past the warranty date. I love the air Matress and would purchase again. The company stands by the warranty and customer service was easy to deal with. I would strongly recommend SoundAsleep products.

Air mattress worked great! Used it a few times and worked great. Unfortunately the last time I used it the mattress it had a leak. Called customer service and they promptly sent a replacement.

Great air mattress!

So my daughter moved and my husband and I wanted to be sure we could visit often without great expense. I searched around and found this SoundAsleep air mattress. After reading all the reviews, it sounded perfect. We purchased it- it arrived promptly . I was worried that it would be difficult to sleep on — having had some bad experiences in the past. It slept wonderfully for me (I have a bad back) and my husband. I slept better in it than on many “regular” mattresses. It was a lifesaver and money saver. It worked great for about 6 mons and then it started going down, losing air. I contacted the seller/maker thru Walmart’s online information. I sent an email and then to my surprise I got a personal phone call the same day! Unfortunately, I missed the call but was able to catch the rep the next day. She was super helpful, sent out a replacement with no issues (no arm twisting) and I received the replacement in time for our next trip to visit the grandkids! I’ve used many air mattresses over the years and this is the first one that sleeps well and has a warranty with a great company that stands by their product — who could ask for more!

Great product and stellar customer service

The mattress itself is comfortable and easy to inflate and deflate. I like that it's high enough off the ground to be comfortable for older people. I bought two of these. Within the warranty period, one developed a slow leak, and when I couldn't identify a puncture to patch, I called the company. They returned my call promptly and are sending me a replacement with expedited delivery. I am very impressed with both the product and the company.

Not so good

It was very comfortable and only lasted a few months before it sprung a leak. This was my second one. The first one must have been defective because it started separating from the seam at one spot. I’m not going to try a third time.

Wow!

Before purchasing this air mattress I did quite a bit of research including reviews. The reviews were great, and the reviews concerning the customer service were also very good. Since it included a one year warranty, we went ahead and took the plunge for what was, for my husband and I, an expensive air mattress. It has been very comfortable and unlike most air mattresses was very stable with very little "bounciness" when getting on or off the air mattress. Fast forward one year and 6 days after we received it (and 6 days out of warranty). When we went to use it my husband noticed it was leaking and then discovered a small hole on the flocked side. Ugh! I braced myself for a confrontation and contacted customer service through their chat box. I was pretty sure we were going to be out of luck since it was out of warranty. I typed in my explanation and the woman at customer service, Casey, was attentive and asked if she could call me. I was astounded that someone from SoundAsleep cared enough about our predicament to actually call me! After ascertaining what model we had she simply stated that the company would mail us a new air mattress replacement. No, we did not have to mail the old one back, and no we did not have to pay for shipping. She even arranged for expedited shipping! All this wonderful service even though we were 6 days past our warranty expiration date! And there's more....Within 1 minute of hanging up from our conversation, I had an email with a UPS Shipping Notification. Wow! Wow! Wow! We are now absolutely loyal customers.

Highly Recommended. So far so good

This was highly recommended to us from our friends who had theirs for several years. We used theirs during one visit a few years ago and were so impressed by the quality of this mattress and just had to ask them which mattress they got when we needed to buy one.

poor product - wasteful

These beds do not hold air. Complete waste of money, other air beds are better. they have to be refilled each and every day used. Also easily pops seams, I bought three and 2 are already in the trash, I switched to a different brand. I have 2 others I have purchased (different brands) and both hold the air overnight and dont require daily refills.

Guest Bed Beyond Expectations

because of bad experiences with several other inflatable air mattresses, my expectations were very low. however, I have been pleasantly surprised. The air mattress has been inflated for more than 7 days and is almost as firm as it was when first inflated. The true test will be having my parents sleep on it for three nights. I am optimistic and so far very impressed.

First-class customer service!

Ordered a queen mattress and struggled to keep it inflated throughout the night. Could not identify the leakage point so I reached out to SoundAsleep to get some advice. Casey in Customer Service was the sweetest young lady you can imagine. At the end of our discussion, she ordered a replacement mattress for us. Shipping was expeditious and came within just a few days. It maintains firm pressure throughout the night. My research on inflatable mattresses rated SoundAsleep as the best on the market hands down. Believe it! Walmart has a great price on them, too. Regardless of the high quality of the mattress, the company's Customer Service is world class; nothing even comes close. A 5-star rating is more than deserved!

Comfortable mattress, Great customer service!

This is the best air mattress I've ever slept on! I use the SoundSleep air mattress a couple times a week..I work a 3rd shift job where I'm allowed to sleep and it feels like I'm sleeping at home in my own bed! I had the mattress for about 2 months when it sprung a leak. I couldn't find the leak so I contacted costumer service, first by phone, but it was after business hours, so I left an email and they called me back the very next morning. (I was expecting no response or getting the run a round). The rep was so nice and understanding! She gave my advice on storing the mattress when not in use and they promptly shipped me out a new mattress with no hassles!! I really appreciate such great customer service!

As comfy as an air bed can be

I purchased the twin long because I was having a lot of work done at my house and needed a place to crash. I’d love to say it didn’t sleep like a blow-up but I’d be lying. Iv got a bad back so I’m not a good judge. It was extremely easy to set up and just plug in and it filled immediately and for the most part held the air. Deflating was simple too. Shoved it back in its bag until next time tho I’m hoping there won’t be one. It did everything as advertised for a decent price. If u gotta have one this is a good one.

Great purchase

Great mattress, easy set up and deflate. Had one for years and when I saw at this price scooped up another one. Can’t say I can compare with several others, just know this one works, easy to pack to visit my son, folds easily during the day to be out of the way and inflates to a height that is easy to enter an the end of the day. I put a thin blanket on top before the sheet for comfort, but not necessary. Also quick delivery.
