Solid but basic

We purchased three of these for the office. We had to stay within budget and it seemed this was the best chair we could get within range. They're nothing special but we should be able to get a few years out of them (hopefully). The last chairs we had were still mechanically fine but the "leather" seats started peeling leaving a mess. These chairs were partially selected because they have mesh seats. For my comfort, I had to remove the headrest; chair works fine without it. Still getting used to it and a bit annoyed that there's already a squeak in the chairback.

This is a great chair, unfortunately FedEx damaged it during delivery :/ price is amazing here on wayfair

Re-engineered headrest. NOW chair is Perfect!

Headrest had major issues coming out forward too much. Re-engineered it by flipping mounting bracket 180 to reverse it. Then forced the headrest mount onto the bracket because of some fitment issues. Added washers to allow tightening.

Comfortable and adjustable

I had this chair for almost a year now with no problems. I like the comfort of the seat. The armrest is easily height adjustable. I also like the lumbar and headrest which you can adjust according to your needs.

No lumbar support

Not comfortable, quality was ok but no lumbar support so that's why I am returning.

I bought this chair for my husband’s at home office as a Christmas gift. He loves it. The chair is sturdy and comfortable. He is 6’3 and 250lbs. The assembly wasn’t bad at all. Picture is exactly what the chair looks like once assembled.

Quality and head rest

Quality is great, easy to assemble. My first chair to assemble so it was pretty easy and great thing is it as head rest which i am loving. Definitely recommend the chair

Painful

good build quality but hurt my lower back and the headrest is awkward no matter what position I put it in.

head support is uncomfortable. I had to unscrew it. the seat is quite large and presses the hips, the armrests are low, very stiff. they are adjustable only in height, which does not allow full use of them. . The proportions of this chair are very strange, the seat is too deep, and the armrests are too low. Neck / head support protrudes too much. My height is 185cm and my weight is 85 kg. . Pros: Good quality materials, well ventilated, low cost, good back support. . I can not recommend this.

Uncomfortable Headrest

This chair is very sturdy and good quality. However I can only give it 3 stars because the head rest is very uncomfortable. It pushes out so far that it forces me to lean forward. I had to add 6 inch spaces to push the head rest back.

Office Star Mesh Manager chair

Good quality materials, but some parts not manufactured properly, seat slightly skewed because of metal braked underneath not manufactured properly, arm support going too much forward in upper positions, and head support too big and pushes your head slightly forward, otherwise very solid chair in this price range.
