Good comfortable base and adjustable support. I removed the head rest and like it better. I ended up buying three of these for different desks.

Best office chair ever!!

This is a fantastic chair! It is super comfortable and leaves me feeling refreshed even after sitting in it for up to 12 hours at a time. Working from home during the pandemic made it necessary for me to have a decent office chair that would hold up to daily use. This chair has definitely meet all of my needs. It offers great back support and adjustable arm rests. Best of all it looks great and was affordable. It also only took me about 10 minutes to assemble it. I would strongly recommend this chair to anyone!

Supportive and Comfy Chair

Well-made and roomy chair. Straight-forward assembly with good instructions and all parts included. Very sturdy with base and joint pieces made of metal. Only slight drawback is the position of the headrest; it adjusts up and down but not forward/back.

If you're not comfortable-it is not the chair!

so far so good everything adjusts, head rest, back, arms, height. If you can't get comfortable it is not the chairs fault. It fits a tall person 6 ft well too. Hoping this will help back pain. It rolls too.

5 Stars

Bought in 2015 and still a great chair! I figured some people might appreciate a review that's older than just a few months. We all love our purchases when they're brand new, but I seldom see any reviews for items that are over a year old. Well, this chair has been used, daily, by my son, who is quite stout, since March of 2015, and it is showing zero signs of wear! This is truly an excellent product and I would highly recommend it. We will be buying a second one for our business real soon!

Strong But A Really Big Chair

This chair will hold just about any sized person. Two issues: if you are working in close quarters, this probably isn't the chair for you; the headrest, while a nice idea, just doesn't adjust enough to make it really comfortable - which is maybe a good thing if you want to get some work done! If you want to put your head back, the headrest kind of pushes one's chin into their chest.,

Pretty Good Chair - Headrest a little low

This chair went together easily, which is often not the case with desk chairs that have arms, but having arms not attached to the back makes it much easier. The chair is sturdy and nice and high for tall people with long legs. The only problem I had was with the headrest. It was not high enough for me at it's highest setting, and I'm only 6'4" so I can imagine it might be a problem for taller people. The headrest, however, does come off, and so I have removed it and am pretty happy with the chair, but because of the headrest I can't give it 5 stars. All the pieces that need to be metal are metal, so I predict that it will hold up well. It is extremely heavy, so if you're going to take it up or down the stairs, you might want to bring it to the room in pieces and put it together there.

Top comfort and wear chair ever!!!

This chair is the best thing I've ever bought for the office, forget the price, this IS the chair you want., ,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, I am now 5'4", was much taller before back surgeries, and was hesitant on the chair even after reading all the reviews. Delivery was free, so if it didn't work, I could ship it back, they even would pay for the return shipping, this is a great situation to be in. , ,,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, It fits like a dream, my feet hit the floor very comfortably, the arms are adjustable, but the way they came was so nice, Ive left them there without adjusting. I weigh 300#, and sit usually 12 to 16 hours a day in the chair, thought my bottom would be uncomfortable sitting all day in it, but NOPE, not uncomfortable at all. , ,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, I knew the seat was longer from the back of the chair to where it ends under your legs, but wow, this sits like a dream, no pressure sores, or your backside getting tired of sitting in the same place. If I had to buy another chair right now, I would buy the exact same one, it rates 10 stars!!!, ,,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, Its worth every penny, just buy it and you will see just what I mean.

Good Quality Chair

The chair arrived without damage even though the shipping box was damaged. It was easy to assemble going together in about 30 minutes. The chair is very comfortable. However, it doesn’t tilt back as far as I would have liked and the seat minimum height is higher than expected. I had to modify the keyboard tray to accommodate the unanticipated higher minimum height. Despite that, it should last a long time.

Rugged construction

I have been through a number of office chairs and I learned not to buy the cheap models to save money because they don't last very long and are a waste of money in the long run. I finally decided to pay a little more and I am very satisfied with the rugged construction of this chair and am confident that it will last for a long time. It is very comfortable and has good support. It was also very easy to assemble - I put it together in 15 minutes.

comfy chair

I received the chair last week. I am 5'11 and wanted a chair with a tall back and headrest, adjustable height and lumbar support. I put this together myself. Very easy to assemble but I do admit it was very heavy. Directions simple and easy to understand but if you are a strong women you would need help only due to the weight. The chair has a very thick nice padded seat, the lumbar support feels great in my back. Leans back far enough for me to get my feet up on my desk. I like that it does not go back further as this sometimes scares me if they go back too far. Very solid support, and very comfy. Very happy with my purchase.

Nice chair, sturdy and comfortable

Received this chair, delivered in large box, about 4' X 2'. Assembly was easy in terms of complexity but a little tough in terms of weight (e.g., when combining the components, the chair is pretty heavy)... The materials seem to be of high quality, the screws and bolts go into pre-drilled or pre-cut holes and line up smoothly.

THIS CHAIR IS A BEAST BUILT FOR A BEAST!

I can be a little compulsive. I admit it. I spend probably 25 hours researching different chair options. I learned much along the way including great tips on good posture, the proper height of monitors and proper desk posture. I looked at different styles and material properties, weight limits and features like adjustable arms (not just up and down but in toward your body or out. I learned that you can find a chair for nearly any occasion and budget. I learned what the market offers. You can get a chair that's custom built for you for $2,500, if money is no object then this chair may not be for you. For my money this chair offered the best value in the marketplace. As for spending thousands on a chair GREAT, but I'd rather spend my hard earned money on piano lessons for the kids... or gasoline for my TAHOE!

Worth the long wait

Comfortable and offers lower back support. Head rest positions well so that head can rest close to upright position. Arms are a little loose but overall support arms well. Back fabric allows the back to breathe when warm but still offers support. Adjustments are a bit counterintuitive but are functional - there were no directions for adjustments so had to spend time trying to figure them out. Rolls well on the mat but isn't too loose. Overall rating would be very good but not great.

Nice sturdy comfortable chair

Big and tall? the heavy duty construction says yes. For a 6 footer, the head rest is at its highest; so the head rest range says no. My old non-big tall chair has a deeper seat cushion, so seat depth says no (still acceptable for me). At its lowest, the seat height is higher than that of my old chair at its highest; so seat height says yes. I usually need to crank up the tilt resistance to the highest setting, but I'm still backing this one down; so tilt resistance says yes. The casters roll poorly even on a chair pad, so the casters say no.

A True Big and Tall Chair

even after reading other reviews i wasn't sure this chair would hold up to my expectations. i had bought many big and tall desk chairs over the years from office supply stores, big name box stores and warehouse clubs. none of them would hold my weight, and they soon started to fall apart and all within a week the gas cylinders would slowly sink to the floor. webt this chair. heavy plate steel base with welded back support Bracket. a solid base and the gas shock has not moved once in 4 weeks, carpet casters that actually roll on a carpet too.

Excellent chair, "some" plastic.

This product is true to its name, perfect for big and tall guys. There is metal where it is needed, at the joints and support. Only place where there is plastic is at the size joints for the arms, head rest, and back support. Don't really see this as a issue. All my major malfunctions happened at the joints. Like any attach arms would break where the back rest and seat meet. Then on my last chair, it had hard plastic connecting the back rest with the seat and that fully broke off. This chair has metal everywhere pressure would be on it. For the price, I am hopeing it will last for approx. 5 years.
