I had bought one earlier at a department store and discovered that I needed two more. I was so glad to find them on line and to have such a wonderful customer service experience. I have not actually unrolled them, as we are still in the process of having our large porch rebuilt. I am confident that the people at oriental weavers would stand behind the replacement of the rugs , were there to be a problem. I am so glad to have found this wonderful company.

Beautiful rug with a slight problem

The binding on one side of the rug was totally damaged and it seems to take a long time for claims to get resolved.

This was a good experience, especially for ordering online.

We had two other rugs in this pattern and were trying to find a third to match. The rug we ordered was a fine match and looks like the two we bought in a store. We have been very happy with this experience.
