A waste of money

Stopped working and it hasn’t been a year yet. Now I regret getting the product warranty

Worked until warranty period expired

Worked great for the first 3 months. However, the actuator (not the power supply) no longer provides power to the various components of the bed. Since the bed is now older than 3 months the warranty is over. USB ports dont need to have a light source it is annoying at night. USB ports should be on both sides.

Cumbersome due to weight to install in a pre existing frame.

Queen adjustable bed base

I ordered this because had rotator cuff repair done on both shoulders 6 months apart and I absolutely love it.

Love my best but vibration is dying 4 years later

I LOVE my bed base! I bought it about 4 years ago. It's helped me so much with my chronic pain and sleep problems. The vibration feature is nice it helps me relax and fall asleep quickly. Only problem is now after about 4ish years the vibration at the head of the bed is spotty and stops working or just doesn't work anymore. It's not used and abused either it relatively lightly used. I've come to depend on the vibration for sleep and I can't afford a new base just because the vibration is crapping out. Wish there was a way to fix this. Also it's EXTREMELY heavy. My delivery driver had to have 2 people help him get it to my door. I would definitely recommend this base though. I wish I could buy a couple more in twin size for my teens.

Really bad experience not recommended

After a year or two the controls stopped working. I wanted to continue to use the bed as it was intended and I couldn’t because the controls were not working. I could not purchase a set of controls and the company refused to help. Saying that is policy and that is how they choose to do their business. I wasn’t asking for anything for free I wanted to just get a couple of controls. Bad business no regards for the customer. We alll have choices on where to purchase thing and this place will not get my business or hopefully no business from anyone

No more back pain

Husband and I went to mattress firm and got the sales pitch on zero gravity sleeping. We knew we wanted to try it but needed an affordable budget. We decided to look online since we could not afford over $10,000 for a bed. We came across this from best choice and decided to try it out so far we love it and are sleeping way better with no more back ache! We ended up getting new mattress as well but I will say that now we both like to sleep at zero gravity and can’t sleep flat anymore.

OMG Greatest bed ever

I Love it. I don't know what other people went through but I'm loving it. I fell asleep with the AC on and woke up and body felt frozen I couldn't hardly move. I thought about that I was in this new bed I turned on the vibration and my body was back to normal. If I was rich I would buy one for everyone that I love.

Cons and Pros of Adjustable Bed with Massage

I rated the adjustable bed with 3 stars because when assembling it we discovered that one of the holes for the legs was made wrong. The leg was very difficult to screw into the hole. When it was all the way the ridges got stripped some and so it's not tight like the others. But since we won't be moving it around and the weight of the bed is on all the legs, it should be okay. The other reason I rated it 3 stars is because you can only use massage in the flat position. What's with that?! I can't lay flat - why I got the adjustable bed. I didn't see anything that stated massage could only be used when flat. If I had, I would have kept looking. I'd say the description didn't include enough detail about the massage feature. We managed to figure out everything in the instructions but they weren't totally clear. The night lights are a good feature since, when I go to bed, my hubby is already asleep and I don't turn on the room lights. Now I can walk to my side of the bed without stubbing a toe or tripping on something. The foot and head adjustability is good, though it would be better if the foot end could go a little higher. The sale price was good and with my mattress it is quite comfortable. The motors for adjusting the foot and head are pretty quiet.

Nice bed frame for price

Easy assembly, seems good quality . Only dislike is phone pocket and USB ports on only one side of bed and for me, wrong side.
