wrong Item

I forgot that I have these orders found an unopened box from Macy's , I ordered Christmas Tree lighted School House and Spode Lighted house Figurine, I received the School house but the Spode Lighted House Figurine didn't instead I received a wrong item which is a Spode Christmas Tree Bowl. and website says I can't return or exchange.

Very Cute Christmas Pub

Love these Spode Christmas Village pieces. This Christmas Pub has great and substantial size. We display 8 of them at our beach house during the Christmas season around our fireplace. They have charming detail, light up, and feature great Christmas colors. It shipped and arrived super quick, was offered at a great price from Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and finally, it was well packaged with no chance of it arriving damaged. This was both due to the manufacture and Bed, Bath, and Beyond packaging. I highly recommend all the Spode Christmas Village decorations.

Perfectly sized beautiful village!

I’ve been a Spode collector for decades, so when I saw the village pieces last year, I had to have them! I love that they are smaller, so the 9 pieces that I have fit nicely on my piano top! I can’t wait to add more pieces next year!
