Like the design, but not the quality control

I bought 2 of these chairs in pink. I love the design, they make great set chairs, but both chairs arrived damaged. The first one had big scuffs in the metal and the second one had black marks all over the pink fabric. I know the pink is going to get dirty, and they are still usable, but they too expensive to be arriving with that kind of damage straight out of an undamaged box. They need better quality control on their products

One Leg is Shorter Than Rest

Poor quality control. One of the legs is shorter than the other three by 1/2 inch. The chair wobbles and is unstable and a safety hazard. Glad the issue was noticed before using it. With the steep price tag on these chairs, one would think that the Picnic Time company would have better quality control. Sad.

Love these chairs

I previously purchased 2 of these chairs, and loved them so much I purchased 2 more. They are so comfortable, sturdy, and light weight. The side table and side pockets are so handy. I sit outside in one of them almost every day and read. I have the red, black, purple and green colors. If more colors become available at Kohls I will probably buy more. I brought them to a pot luck last week end. Everyone had to take a turn sitting in them and wanted to know where I got them. I'm going to a family party this coming week end and I'm sure they will be a big hit again.

Seat is TOO SHORT!

It has everything it is said to have and seems to be of sturdy construction. HOWEVER, the seat is way too short! I am only 5'4", but only the upper part of my thighs are supported by the seat panel. The front edge of the seat quits halfway down my thighs instead of extending normally almost to my knees. When I sit in it, I feel like I am falling forward. Too bad, cuz I like everything else about it.
