When I received the box it was ripped open, and missing important bolts and screws for assembly. Love the trampoline but disappointed in how I got the box, and the missing screws and bolts.

Like any other setup, at half the cost

Setup was easy, not our first rodeo, but the foam surrounding the arms is so flimsy and easy to rip that my kids ripped off half of them within the first week due to running around (Grasping) the surrounding arms and foam alongside the outer trampoline lining. The springs lining itself has held up through a long spring rain and summer heat, no issues with actual use so far, but the netting is quite flimsy/flexible and I wouldn’t lay hopes on it saving my kids from broken bones if they got so wild as to fling/fall against.

This trampoline was exactly what we wanted for our toddler to grow into. Only issue was it was missing one piece that attaches to top of pole which holds netting in place. I intend to reach out to company for a replacement.

TruJump Trampoline

The original listing showed a ladder that did not come with it. It also said the weight capacity was 1,500 lbs. but it is only 220 lbs.! The net had to be laced into the mat manually and the holes were not right in the net, which made it difficult to weave the string through the net. The box arrived extremely damaged from out of state so I did not want to return once I found that all of the parts were not damaged. Disappointed with the false advertising about the weight limits and it’s not even the trampoline that I ordered on the Walmart website.

Box arrived all damaged, my kids were waiting for this. But can’t use missing all the hardware, and pipes. Including the mat. I’m returning it. Because now it’s too late to wait for another one, my kids birthday is this Tuesday.

Guessing the instructions

This is not my first or second trampoline I have put together. No dirent information or labels for parts. The padding is too big for the trampoline. The netting was difficult. Lucky for Youtube.

Angry 😡🤬

What a disappointment, my children are happy because I was assembling the bounce house and only one piece is missing.

Good

It was delivered in time. Good quality. I was really surprised by safety net. I ordered 12” trampoline. The assembly of trampoline is not so hard. My teen and me did it for 1,5 hours. More time took the reading of an instruction and tying the net to the trampoline.

Be aware of poor Shipping practices

I can’t review the trampoline yet as I am unable to put it together until I receive a missing part from the manufacturer. The item arrived with a huge hole on the bottom of the box and parts just hanging out. When I did an inventory of parts an entire top rail, which is not a small piece, was missing from the box. See the attached pictures for how the box came to me.

This was a last minute Christmas present for the grandkids. We have to make them get off when it’s time. Great product. Make sure and read the size. This is one thing I did not do. It is a little smaller than I thought but still GREAT!

We are sooooo happy with this trampoline! It took my husband approx 4 hours to put together but was totally worth it! My son spent 3 hours on the trampoline having fun! I recommend 100, excellent quality, heavy duty materials and unbeatable price! Thanks again Wayfair ❤️

Package came when expected but the box was busted open (a huge hole on the end- no one’s fault truly, because this thing was heavy) surprisingly all pieces were accounted for. We just set it up for my son’s birthday but it’s tomorrow so we have yet to use it. I would suggest maybe securing the ends somehow so this doesn’t happen, or at least put everything in a bag so if the box does rip, the contents won’t fall out.

We LOVE this trampoline. Set it up on Christmas Eve for our boys 3 & 8 and they have been on it non-stop even in the freezing cold! My husband set it up by himself (not by choice things are just HARD with two kids...) so thats saying something about how easy it was. Just really have to read the directions well. It was packed very well and came quickly. Totally recommend this so far. We haven't had it long through the winter to know how it will hold up in the wind and rain but by the looks of it should be super sturdy and handle well. Love it!

[Rewarded Review] Best trampoline ever!

I just set up our new trampoline and my kids love it! I have a 9year old and a 6 year old who have been wanting a trampoline for years. To be honest I didn’t know how much it would be used. I was researching for a couple months and came across Trujump and they are highly rated and recommended. The whole set up was easy and I love the safety net. Love that It is well built and will last a lifetime. My kids have been outside jumping everyday since we set it up and my worry that it would just sit there unused is gone. You can’t go wrong with Trujump trampolines!
