Brownies with edges. this took our sales at our Christmas pop up location from an average of 400 brownies sold during our 30 day gig to over a 1000 sold during the last season. It also cut down on labor of having to measure and cut out standard pan baked brownies to baking, cooling and packaging. Love this product it is a money maker for us.

Awesome pan

I decided to try out the Wilton Nonstick Brownie Bar Pan and make some yummy brownies. There are 12 sections so you can make 12 brownies. The mix I use allowed me to make 9 brownies. I filled the sections less then half way and let it bake according to the directions on the box mix. The brownies came out good, not a hard outer crust, for those who aren’t fans of the end pieces because of this. The brownies came out very tasty and evenly cooked. The best part of the pan is no cutting! Just lift the brownie from then pan and enjoy. The pan is very easy to clean too. My new favorite way to make brownies.

Game changer for my brownies

This Wilton Non-Stick Metal Brownie Bar Pan is awesome! I’ve been wanting to get one of these types of pans for a while and glad I finally did. The brownie just tastes better as individual brownies and not a big pan that you cut into pieces. So much less mess and hassle. They come out of the pan easily. Love it!

LOVE This Pan!

I absolutely love this pan! Brownies come out perfect and are the perfect single-serve size. You can also make lots of other things in this pan like mini cakes or cheese cakes or muffins, etc. if you can think of it you can make it in this pan. And because it’s non stick it’s very easy to clean up! I’m very happy with this pan and would highly recommend this!

Surprised

So I received the Wilton Non-Stick Metal Brownie Bar Pan, 12-Cavity. The main reason I wanted to get this item was due to it being a brownie pan. I am one that loves the corner piece (crunchier or chewy corner) and normally don’t get one because, everyone else in the house LOVES that part too. But with this, everyone can have the corner piece!!! But this was a pleasant surprise, as I didn’t realize the “cavities” are deeper than a normal cupcake pan. It’s maybe 2 inches deep by 2 inches by 2 inches. (In a square shape) This way you can make thicker “cake” like brownies or less batter for chewier brownies. Besides brownies, you can make mini cakes too for personal sizes. Also I’ve only ever get Wilton’s brand because they hold up over time. Plus, it’s non stick and works great.

New favorite pan!

I know this pan is called a brownie bar pan but I did not have the ingredients or mix to make brownies in this when I first got it. What I did have was a box of confetti cake mix and some vanilla frosting. The cakes turned out adorable. I sprayed each slot with vegetable oil and then filled each half way with cake batter. Cooked at 350 for 20 mins and they were perfect. None of them stuck to the pan. I was pleasantly surprised. No little cake liners needed! This pan is my new go to pan. Especially for parties or gatherings.

Great Idea!

I love the idea of having brownies or small cakes with all the sides being crispy instead of only the outside edges as it would be in a 9 X 13 pan cut into pieces. I did not have the ingredients for brownies on hand so made small individual coffee cakes and they were great. Wilton makes great cooking products and this is something that I will use a lot in the future. I like the idea of being able to use my imagination to make different things in it too.

Great for Brownies

I love this pan so much because it makes perfectly square brownies and cakes and is so easy to use. I am definitely a person that likes the edges on brownies, so I love that this pan separates each individual brownie so you get 12 perfect brownies in each bake. I also like that you can use it to make small square cakes or cupcakes for fun individual desserts. This pan is non-stick and is easy to use and a great baking product!

So clever!!

When I saw this I knew I absolutely had to have it! I'm not much for baking but when I do, I want something that will make the job easier. This accomplishes that with making it non-stick and easy to individualize. You can do brownies or cakes with it. During quarantine I'm always on the lookout for new projects that I can do with my niece and nephews. This helps expand out our range of options, Plus cleanup is a breeze! If you're on the fence about getting one more pan for your cupboard I recommend you go for it!!!

This 12 cavity brownie bar pan exceeded my expectations. It’s super heavyweight and has a non stick coating on it. I needed it to make some mini cakes for a graduation party and the squares are perfect size. The opening is the size of a cupcake only square! Better than just using a sheet pan to make brownies because the edges will be neater and I can decorate the individually if i want to. definitely will look like mini cakes rather than brownies. I’m also going to try making hollow sugar squares with maybe an edible flower for tea. The idea is to fuse 2 units together and fill them with a flower that will float on the hot tea surface once the sugar globe melts. I’m also going to look into whether you can use this in the freezer to make giant ice cubes for cocktails. If I jack it up it has a 10 year warranty!

Best brownie pan I've ever used!

I think this is my new favorite brownie pan! I'm always making brownies for the hubby and kids and they all love the edges so I've tried using so many different types of brownie pans but none of them even compare to this one in my opinion. With the other pans I've tried either the brownies were too small or too big and the latest one I've tried is supposed to make each piece have edges but you put a metal piece in after you put the batter in and the brownies never turn out right and instead of them all having crispy edges, none of them do.

Finally every brownie has edges!

If you're anything like me, you think the brownies on the edge of the pan are the best of all! This pan let's you make each brownie with all edges! It worked really well! I had to try it out right away. Personally, I believe the sizes of the cavities are a little large for single servings of brownies. One box mix makes 12 brownies. That's fine, but the brownies are large and almost need to be cut in half before serving/eating. I filled the cavities halfway as the directions say and baked at 350° for 22 minutes to get the brownies to our preferred level of doneness. They are chewy on the edges and soft and moist in the center.

Perfect Brownies

Perfect size brownie pan. It’s made of good material and holds up well. Made a batch of brownies today and they turned out just as I like them. The pan is much better than my old one and I’m sure it will serve me well for a long time. I usually bake a batch a week for my family and a good pan is very important to me and I know this pan will not fail. I highly recommend getting this product if your consideration purchasing a great brownie pan. I consider it top of the line.

The Wilton Non-Stick Metal Brownie Bar Pan is wonderful! I made lemon squares in it and they baked up nicely. I also liked that I didn't have to cut them into pieces! The pan is very heavy duty and is easy to use. It is really non- stick and the bars came out very nicely. It is very versatile too. Can be used for cupcakes, brownies and I plan to try making my egg muffins in it too! I really love this pan!

Love the square muffins and cupcakes

This Wilton pan is super fun and does not stick. I love the square shape for muffins and cupcakes. I used a blueberry muffin recipe for my first batch in the pan, and they came out perfect. The color of the pan seems to help with even browning. And, the release was easy and clean. This is a pan which I prefer to hand wash, as really there is nothing to clean up.

This is actual perfection!! Not only is it great for brownies, but I love making cornbread in this pan!! Great for dinners, birthday parties, or as a wedding gift! Genius for the price, too! I love that when making brownies, I don't have to cut into them and try to get them all symmetrical now! And it also allows a nice balance of crispy edge and cushiony middle for people who like different types of brownies based on where they are in a usual pan!

LOVE these pans!

Bought these to use for my wedding. Made individual sized brownies and stacked them into a three layer cake instead of doing a traditional cake you have to cut. Brownies came out perfectly, a little crisp on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. All the guests loved them. Have used many times since then for brownies and cupcakes. Definitely recommend!
