Wish I hadn’t waited so long to buy this! Love cooking with this. Beautiful, well made. Sturdy. They also have the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I had a small problem that was fixed so fast it was incredibly amazing. I will continue to buy from them.

Esta sarten con tapa es de una calidad excelente...muy robusta y acabados de alta calidad...acero mate...la uso para freír yo lo hago con aceite aunque aún la estoy probando me está gustando mucho...se calienta muy rápido...conserva el calor y no se me ha pegado nada....la comida queda muy bien ...la uso en cocina de induccion....la única pega que le pongo es que se mancha el fondo por fuera con mucha facilidad...ahora se limpia muy bien....compraría,más...pero tienen un precio elevado ...aunque no me arrepiento..

Love and hate

I love this pan, however, stain and some discolouration appeared on both lid and pan after the 2nd use. Although I did use it following all the instructions.

This pan is BEAUTIFUL. But the actual cooking space on the bottom isn't that roomy. It did heat evenly and held heat really well. But cleanup wasn't as easy as I would have liked. Anywhere food stuck has a weird rainbow film now, no matter how much I scrub it. I'll still use it, maybe for taco filling or just searing steaks. I made a Moroccan dish in it the first time.

I was so excited to receive this pan we are wanting to switch from our non stick pan set to healthier stainless options for cooking without chemicals and this allowed us to try it out. There is a learning curve but I made sure to research cooking with stainless as it all went very smooth. The trick is to make sure it is preheated to where water droplets will dance across the pan, then add your oil. I didn’t even have to turn my glass top stove up to medium and it came to temperature fairly quick and evenly compared to our nonstick pans. Also the handles stayed cool which I found crazy since they’re also metal… even my T-Fal Dutch oven handles with rubber on them get hot. I tried out a one pan dish and it became a new family favorite. The chicken seared for 3 min each side got a nice crust and did not stick! The potatoes all cooked alongside to tender effortlessly. I then removed everything to make a sauce, put everything back in the pan then into the oven for 15 min to finish cooking. With clean up there was brown oil staining left behind but with a little scrubbing with bar keepers friend it came right out and the pan looked brand new again. I love this pan and hope to find more recipes to use with it and can’t wait to replace all our pans eventually. I never would have imagined owning a pan $250 by itself (most sets cost that), but I will heavily consider the Fissler brand as we slowly switch over to stainless steel cookware. This cookware is extremely nice. The machining process seems very refined, and the consistency seems top notch. Every one of the pots sits perfectly flat on my glass top stove. The plate in the bottom seems to spread heat very well and these heat up much faster than my old pots as well. The laser etching inside to measure in the pot is also extremely helpful and easy to read. This takes a lot of my guesswork out of cooking. Overall I think you can’t go wrong with this set! Plus a 10 year warranty is pretty hard to beat!

This serving pan is amazing! The only thing isn’t is the price! I would love to have a full set of cookware but would need to invest hundreds. It is heavy duty. Easy clean up.

I love this set. It's the first new set for me in 15 years. The set is perfect I have been able to cook more then 1 or 2 things at a time with this set. It doesn't take much room eaither. I love it

I have been cooking alot in these. I love the sizes depending on my needs. Been using it for my sauces, and chili. Nothing stuck, but browned nicely. They wash up so good. I did not have to scrub. I really like that they can go in the oven. Also they can be put in dishwasher.

I received these products for free from Influenster and Fissler in exchange for my honest review. So far so good. After using these pots I can say that first of all, they look and feel like quality. They have a nice weight to them and they look great. For performance I've been very happy. They are very nice to use as they really do feel high quality. They seem to heat up well -- nice and even, and clean up well too. I can't speak to the longevity since I haven't had them long, but they feel durable and clean up well so I have high hopes for their longevity and durability long term. Overall I'm happy with these pans and really do enjoy using them.

Love, love, love my cookware set. Packaged so nicely! I was previously unfamiliar with the Fissler brand, and I have to say this is set you must invest in. We cook at least five days out of the week and I own a gas stove. These pots will hold up forever! Stainless steel pots are a must but you can’t just own any stainless steel pots. You need quality. Comes with lids and inside the pot measurements. Made from Germany! This is an investment!

I was super excited to receive these pots and lids. They look so fancy and sleek. I like the side handles and the flat lids. They fit great inside each other and in my drawer. I really liked that the inside of the pots showed measurement lines. I think the look of the lids are my favorite part. The pots came in nice sizes. They were also really easy to clean as well.
