Frustrating
I never received the tower. It was shipped to the incorrect address. This was a Christmas gift, so I called Macys, and they offered to send a new one with no charge for faster shipping. I received an email immediately in my inbox stating that a refund was on the way. This was after I was just informed that they were sending a new product. Poor communication and online services.
Love these used them for both Holidays!

Works as described! Didn’t give it full 5 stars as it’s not the easiest to fill up without too much head on the beer. Fill it before putting the ice stick in and it isn’t so bad. Otherwise, really cool to have beer on tap at the table!
