Well built product, with a very nice appearance, , cooks fast and easy, and cleans easily.

Very nice pan for making sauces. Just as expected and arrived quickly. Update: this pan does not do well on an induction stove on high. It discolored badly almost immediately. Though it still works fine, recommend a pan without the bottom disk for boiling water. Keep this one for medium or low heat.

the handle gets hot. why do they still design pots like that? .. but other than that, it's fine.
