While the pan is much larger, and does struggle to fit in our dishwasher, the heat retention is much better than the last stainless steel pans we were using. Potatoes are coming out much better cooked

When I opened the box, all I could say was "Wow"! The Tri-ply Quarter Sheet Pan is that beautiful. However, its attractiveness did not end there. It performs exceptionally well and cleans up easily. I will certainly purchase more items from Hestan.

This size is the goldilocks size, not too big or small. I've used it alot for one pan meals.

Beautiful Sheet Pan

Only used this sheet pan once, but it seems to be VERY well- made and the handles make it easy to get it in and out of the oven. It is beautiful. Be sure to check your oven measurements. This medium just does fit in my oven. So far, I love it!

Solid Quarter Sheet Pan

Heavy duty. Heats very evenly. Do not expect this to warp as lesser quality quarter sheet pans have. Fortunately, this fits in our Breville the Smart Oven® Air Fryer Pro where it will be used most often.

I’m getting rid of all my sheet pans and replacing them with these hestan pans. Strong, durable, will not warp, easy to clean and look so good you can serve on them! Highly recommend . A little pricey but absolutely worth every penny.
