Cats love fountain, -3 stars for customer service
My cats really love this fountain. Unfortunately, the one I got had the yellow piece already attached and was impossible to remove. Instead of 3 options for the flow, I just got one. When I wrote to the seller they just told me to return it to Walmart. That was unhelpful and didn't address my question at all. Seems they don't value customers or stand behind their product. I took off three stars for the bad customer service response. As I said, the cats really like this so I will have to see if I can get them one from another seller.
