New to Vevor

I did not receive the product but a refund was provided. I will reorder the product but I don't know why they gave a refund instead of sending what I ordered. I waited almost a month when it said three day delivery. I ordered two other items that came within a week. It set the plumbers deadline back and now I have to wait for his availability again. Tragic 😥

This is beautiful product. I bought one and like it so much, I bought a couple more to share with family. They are high quality and easy to install.

So far excellent product. It will take me time to completely feel it out. But great price and fast shipping.

HORRIBLE design! It has one little set screw that holds the WHOLE thing together. Once that screws give, and it will, the sink will be worthless!!

Good tap but teflon tape they provide is not thick enough to not leak

Good tap but teflon tape they provide is not thick enough to not leak. Wrapped it thoroughly and it still leaked as the threads into the faucet and the brass nipple they provide are loosely threaded which is prone to leak. This leaked even under low Reverse Osmosis pressure so could be worse if it is installed using typical 65psi tap pressure. Had to disassemble and redo with thicker better quality Teflon thread tape bought separately and also used Teflon pipe puddy. Finally got it to stop leaking. But beware don’t seal up your wall plumbing until after installing to check for leaks.

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for; simple, elegant, and cost efficient!

Quality brass construction with a very good finish coating, the only potential problem I see with it is the pipes seem a little thinner than I'd like them to be, just be careful installing it and you should be fine
