Works fine in our outdoor kitchen. We thought it was broken when we first installed it because we couldn’t ignite it except manually. We could not find anything in the instructions about needing a battery to start the push button igniter. A friend told us that we would need to use a battery.

Delivery was on time. All parts were present and there was no damage.The burners are good and the flame control is very efficient. I am waiting to see how it holds up to the elements. The starter requires AA batteries. I am not sure how the batteries will work in 120 degree temperature outside.

Would not recommend

After one gentle use of about 10 minutes, the solid stainless steel grid showed signs of plating coming off. It did not appear to be solid stainless steel. The low setting was about medium and was too hot. I returned the item.
