Stay away unless you want to buy a replacement in 3 years

Decent unit when it worked but one of the windows got condensation inside it after 2 years and now in year 3 it's stopped cooling below 50f. Customer service said that its a compressor issue and that they can't provide a replacement part for it and they don't have any service techs that could look at it. So it's essentially now trash. I know nothing lasts for ever but this is very poor and seems to very common with this brand.

Stops working at 3.5 years

Seems to be a consistent problem. Both sides stopped working. Tried calling customer service but no one answers. Lot of money to only last such a short time

We love our wine and beverage fridge. I can keep my wine cold and we can get a cold drink without having to stop what we are doing and going upstairs.

Very Disappointed. Should last Longer Than 19 Months.

Stopped working at about the 19 month mark. I bought the parts they said would fix it but it did not. I've been waiting over a month for a supervisor to review my request for a replacement. Not happy!

[Rewarded Review] Solid Beer & Wine Fridge for the Price

Minus the door handle needing to be put back on, it's a great beer/wine fridge (especially for the cost). The dual zone temp is clutch

I bought this 4 years ago and now it wont cool. For the price it should last longer then 4 years

Update 7/31/24 -- stopped cooling below 60-62 degrees. After less than 4 years of service this is pretty poor. Never buying Newair product again.

Do not buy. As other reviews stated, it seems like it is designed to fail at or near the 3 year mark. I purchased this for a kitchen remodel and I'm disappointed that it's not built to last more than a couple of years. I have a useless fridge in my kitchen.

was running great until year 5 after my extended warranty ended. It broke almost to the date the after my warranty expired.

Do Not Buy

Unit stopped working after a couple of years. Customer service said the unit is not repairable. Here is the kicker ...Newair said and I quote "we expect them to last 3-5 years". !!!!!!! Do not buy newer products.

Horrible Onesided Piece Of Junk

This company should be banned from selling any product. After a few years, one side works and I'm in complete awe of the price point and the lack of responsibility and integrity based on their shortcomings to support their customers.

Compressor bad NO Warranty

Picked up at HD. This item stopped cooling a little over a year after purchase. I contacted the company and they informed me the compressor was bad and they are aware of this fact. Why would you continue to market the product? They offered to give me a discount only for a direct purchase but the shipping was $200. Which was more than I could go to HD and buy. Horrible company

Door failure in two years

Two years and there is condensation between the glass panels of the door. Used to be a highlight of the wet bar and is now embarrassing to look at. Very disappointed.

Great looking cooler but the original didn’t keep constant temps (off from -7 to 12 degrees) thus the reason why I requested a replacement. Replacement is only off between -4 to -7
