High Quality Design and Performance

I picked Cuisinart brand because of my previous excellent experience of its products. The choice of this particular coffee grinder was based on this albeit there were other less expensive brands.

Do not buy unsafe product

Got one last year (11/22/2023) - very lightly used. however due to poor design & build quality the spinning blade came off during grinding today (11/28/2024) as the "hard plastic black blade cap" that holds the blade to the motor shaft broke while spinning (extremely dangerous). This is what happens when products are built compromising user safety. DO NOT BUY !

Matches my new coffee maker perfectly, grinds coffee beans without much more than a press of a finger. Nice design, and being a Cuisinart it should a few years!

Worth every penny to me

I had been looking for a new grinder to replace one that had served us well for over a decade. I found this one on sale, but I bought it because of the brand, and have not been disappointed. It works beautifully, with a removable grind cup and lid to easily grind and store coffee fresh for the next morning's pot. It also goes well with our Cuisinart coffee maker to boot.

Good, but not the best

Good looking appliance, a bit messy to use, coffee grounds escape the bowl and go into the base of the appliance which isn't easy to clean. Grind is difficult to control the fineness, in order to not leave larger pieces of the coffee beans, you have to keep grinding, ending up with a too fine of grind. Overall am satisfied, but I'm sure there are better grinders out there.

Nice Coffee Grinder

It looks nice, grinds beans evenly and quickly, and it's not too loud. My only complaint would be that over time ground coffee collects under the blade attachment, but it's relatively easy to clean.

Nice grinder - just one flaw

I like the style of the grinder, but there is a flaw in trying to get the ground coffee out. The grinds tend to end up on the area between the grinding mechanism and the bottom plate.

Not happy with grinder

Coffee spills everywhere, and the blade is not steady; it is loose. Coffee even spills under the bowl, leaking from the blade hole.

Cuisinart Coffee Grinder is the BEST!

We purchased this Cuisinart Coffee Grinder when our old grinder failed - I am very pleased with this new grinder. Smooth operation that grinds quickly and has good capacity. Highly recommend!

Great Grinder

Great grinder yet very short life. This is my 3rd Cuisinart grinder in 3 years. They are expensive and work great til they don't.

Classy and Fresh

This coffee grinder has a very elegant appearance, grinds very well, not too noisy and is a good value for the money. If you enjoy freshly ground coffee, this is a winner.

Grinds and Measures Coffee Perfectly

Cuisinart Grind Central is heavy duty quality. The steel bowl has graduation marks to measure cups of coffee per whole bean so when the coffee is ground it is premeasured into your coffee maker very accurately.

Well made but uneven grind

This grinder is attractive and seems well made; however, the grind is pretty uneven, some beans coarse and some fine. Shaking the grinder a couple times seems to help with that.

Another great Cuisinart product!

Very pleased with the quality and performance of the Cuisinart coffee grinder. A future product enhancement may be to include a reusable small brush to remove all of the ground coffee from the stainless cup.

Wonderful Coffee grinder

Enjoying my Cuisinart Coffee grinder. Its nice to have the per cup measurement inside the grinder no more guessing how much coffee beans are needed for my Cuisinart Coffee Brewer

Don't purchase this grinder

The first one we purchased, after three days the canister wouldn't release and we had to dump the entire unit to get the coffee. We replaced it and the second one the motor went out on the first use.

Good grinder

Good grinder that’s easy to clean. I did have trouble getting the cup off the grinder and resorted to spray lube on the shaft under the cup. It works fine now. I’ve only used it for coffee.

meant to grind more than 2 tablespoons

I generally only grind 2 scoops of coffee beans and the grinder seems to be meant for grinding larger quantities. the blades are higher up so my beans aren't grinding as fine as I would like.
