I would not recommend this because it kept falling over with 1 large towel and two small ones. For me a waste of money.

Poorly constructed. Not sturdy. Started rusting all over after just one week.
Not good quality, standard towels touch the floor, nota cool look.

Disappointing
The towel rack was cheaply made. The rings and end caps were plastic - one arrived broken in 4 pieces. The base was a black weight covered with a sheet of silver material. The pieces that make up the post and towel bars were light and covered with the same silver material. It is advertised as stainless steel but that is not what the silver coating/material looked or felt like upon arrival.
Perfect towel rack for my needs
This towel rack is exactly what I needed. The round base fits in the small area available in my bathroom and is heavy enough that I am not worried about the whole thing tipping over. The 3 arms are stable but easily swivel if you move them. I needed this for hand towels and washcloths and the swivel arms are the perfect length. The diagram for how to assemble it was very easy to follow; I had it put together in a few minutes. Glad I found this item on Overstock -- it's exactly what I needed.

I'd give it 5 stars, but...
it's purely my own individual preference. My tub is high, and this towel rack is low. I barely have to tilt to the side 2", but my, what an inconvenience. As they say, If that's all I've got to complain about...! This is very sturdy, shiny, attractive in every way. So you can mentally give it 4 1/2 stars, or even 4 7/8. Perfect for a 1/2 bath. I am glad to have it! . . I would, and surely will, recommend it to others.
Weighted base, so it stands secure with 3 full towels on it. Space efficient. Arms move so towels are not jammed tight. So glad I bought one for each bathroom. Perfect for what I needed.
This freestanding towel rack looks fabulous in my new bathroom. Very sturdy. stylish, and functional. It was very easy to put together too. took all of 5 minutes. Love It!!
