Has other uses as well
Although it is suppose to be used to cook vegetables on a grill, I bought this to use as a charcoal holder for my smoker which came with an inadequate pan. It works great! It holds the right amount of charcoal and has great air circulation which helps the charcoal smoke for a good period of time. I'm so glad I purchased two of them. I may have to use the other one for its intended purpose LOL!
Better than I expected
I bought this wok topper to use as a charcoal pan for my vertical smoker. It is very sturdy and fits perfectly. Im thinking of ordering a few more
makes cleaning out my smoker easier.
