I recently completed my first rounds of cleaning/inspecting/filters & pump system. It is a well built device. I am wondering where to get replacement smaller foam filter in the pump housing. The fountain sets in a high traffic area - Sensory very sensitive works great.

water ready not running introduction Bella was timid - start pump run continuously It took nearly 48 hour ish before Bella did a close encounter. I think the stainless steel look had an intimidating effect. Set to auto mode in a high traffic area Bella now can't walk by without drinking. This is a great product

The spout itself is quiet, but it makes the loudest, echo splash when the water lands inside

Love this water fountain for my Frenchie.

4 filters & 16 sponges. Really?

Package contains only 4 filters and a 16 (!) sponges.

It took a minute, but my kitty loves it

It took about 3 weeks for my cat to start using it. He now uses it over the dogs water dish, which is right next to the fountain. I would say be patient with your pet.

Quiet

The stainless steel basin can hold up to 4 liters of water. It has a smart alert for when the water gets too low. Clearly written instructions make assembly simple and fast. Took a minute for Zoey to get used to this new fountain, but now she loves it.

No hassle hydration

I got this to replace my "new" one and I wish I had got this one first. No clogs and easy to set up, plus ready when my pets are! The large capacity is the best feature, it lasts me a few days with two animals

Parts are an issue

Opened the $49 water fountain, discovered I needed to go to the store to buy a power plug for a type C power cord. Checked, unit doesn’t come ready to use out of the box.

Nice large fountain

I have multiple cats and foster cats, so the large size of this fountain works well for me. I also like the option of battery power because plugs arent always convenient to where I want to place a fountain. Finally, stainless steel is a good option for fountains and bowls because it can be thoroughly cleaned which is important for cats with skin sensitivities.

Quiet good looking fountain

This is an attractive, well made water fountain. The instructions were good and it was easy to assemble. It has a large enough capacity for several cats or small dogs. It is battery powered and is recharged through a USB cable (supplied). It has 3 modes of operation-motion controlled flow for 5 seconds, 15 seconds of flow every 15 minutes, and constant flow when connected to the power source. It's not truly cordless as is needs to be charged through the USB cable from time to time. The water bowl is stainless steel and easy to clean, and the unit is noiseless. It has very good filtration and comes with 4 sponges and one filter. The water fountain works great and passed the cat acceptance test. The dogs like it also.Damon M. Tatem
