This is not the pan you are looking for.

Not the pan advertised. I have ordered this four times. Twice from Amazon and then twice from All-Clad. What I received every time was a “Stainless Steel 11”x 14” Baker with Lid”. The SKU matches, nothing else does. After the last time, when I received the wrong item a second time from All-Clad, I was told there was a mistake and the dimensions on the website were for the box it came in, not the product itself. There was no explanation as to the difference in name between a “Lasagna Pan” and a “Baker.”

Good quality but too shallow

This pan is well made. However, unlike other reviewers who found the size acceptable, I find the depth to be far too shallow for a true Italian lasagna recipe. I had to decrease my layers by 30% in order to fit inside the pan. The interior depth is only 2.5 inches. I am looking for at least 4" and would prefer 5".

Poor customer service very disappointed

Unable to review this product because we have not received it after ordering it nearly a month ago. We were sent the wrong item and honestly was very disappointed in the customer service of this company. Made us jump through hoops to initiate return and the correct product is not due to arrive anytime soon. Would strongly suggest ordering these products from a different source as customer service is lacking through the company.

Scratches Easily

I have non-stick All Clad that I like, so I was really looking forward to using this pan. It is very nice looking and well made. I have used it once. I had a problem getting the first piece of lasagna out, so I carefully used a light metal spatula. I was very disappointed that it scratched so easily.

Amazing Lasagne Pan

Taking this pan out of the box, one can tell of its quality by its feel and weight. It lives up to its initial impression. Lasagne cooks evenly. Having the lid for transport or to keep covered the fridge drew me to purchase this pan. I’m thrilled to have it!

Not induction compatible

This is great for the oven, but I made a recipe that called for oven to stove top and was excited to use this on my new induction cooktop only to realize it wouldn’t work because the bottom is not flat. Still great for one n use but don’t buy it with induction expectations.
