Poor Assembly

This thing didn’t even make it through the first day of camping. The bar pulled out of the bracket end. Poor assembly design. The bar is somewhat crimped into the bracket. I would expect that this design is robust.

Easy Peasy

We have a small kitchen so being able to get things out of the way but usable is great. The magnet is super strong and I have my paper towels in easy reach on the refrigerator.

Magnetic

I like that it was magnetic, but it's a small, not a very powerful magnetic. Should have had a larger, more powerful magnet 🧲

This Yukon Glory stainless steel paper towel holder is sleek and sturdy. It's very well made and extremely attractive. The magnets are super strong, so it will definitely not fall off.

Not worth it

Great in concept BUT there is obviously no quality control in the manufacturing process. The order came in a timely matter and looked great. However the end that connected to the magnetic end of the holder came apart within second of picking up and I had to super glue it back together. Even Worst was the end you have to screw on to keep your paper towels on was not threaded so there was no way at all to make this piece functional for a normal person. Luckily my husband had access to set to tap and thread the holder to make it work for me but without him having that it would have been useless trash to me. Over priced in the first place but then for it to be complete junk when received was ridiculous. Worst item by far I have ever bought from Target.

So far so good! This magnetic paper towel holder is very strong and is a great addition to my basement fridge. Highly recommend if you don’t have a dedicated space for a paper towel holder and need something for unexpected spills.

Not happy with this Target “partner”

I don’t know why I gave in an ordered from a Target “partner” or whatever they are referred to as. I usually only buy target brands because the return policy is amazing. This partner not so much. My item was scratched, the foam protectors were damaged and the bar wasn’t straight causing the roll to slide to the end which in turn ripped the paper towel. I wasn’t offered a replacement. I either have to go all the way to target which this item being a “partner” isn’t available to quickly replace or print & post office. What a hassle! Sticking to target brand items. Why would Target even have “partners” if the return policy is different. I’m just throwing it out.

Works Great but Could be Improved

Works OK but could be improved. When it's installed so the towels are in a vertical position, the towels meet no resistance when pulled. Then, two things happen; the towels unroll and the unit begins to pull off or slant hroizontally from the refrigerator (where I have mine installed.) A stronger magnet would solve this and a spring-loaded spindle would slow the towels from coming off. Otherwise, it meets my needs for now.

I keep a roll of paper towels in my office to wipe up spilled coffee and other liquids that seem to get knocked over with some regularity. I don't have a good place to store the paper towels where they won't get knocked over as well, so when saw this Yukon Glory Magnetic Stainless Steel Paper Towel Holder it looked like exactly what I needed for my office. I installed it on the side of my metal four-drawer filing cabinet and am quite pleased with the results.

I am always impressed when I unpack an item and notice especially thoughtful packing. This towel holder was packaged to prevent all but the most severe damage to the box. The simplicity of this towel holder is also impressive. The only moving part is the screw-on end to hold towel rolls on the holder. The padded magnetic base allows positioning the towel holder anywhere a magnet can hold it. The side of the refrigerator over the counter is my first choice. The towels are under the cabinets, but not crowding counter space. I don’t need to figure out what type of screws to use to attach a towel holder to the wall or the underside of the cabinet, and this holder is sturdier than those I would attach in such a place. The magnets hold the towel holder securely. If I temporarily need multiple towels on the other side of the refrigerator, it is an easy process to move the holder. If I need some towels for a special project outside my work shed, the holder will attach securely to the doorway. I could attach the holder to the side of my tool box inside my work room for convenience. If I need towels by my truck, I am confident the holder will not scratch the paint on the side of my truck. I suppose I may need another one of these in the future, one for inside the house and another one for outside.
