Would not recommend

Looks nice, but it is too hard to spin. The roll fits perfectly on the metal holder. The metal holder should rotate so you can unroll the paper towel, but it is so tight you have to use two hands.

So nice, I bought it twice

I liked it so much, I bought a second one to give my Dad for Father's day. Take into account before installing: which direction you tear paper towels in, and keeping it far enough away from the wall to be able to remove/replace rolls.

Great product

This is a simple but excellent holder. Mounted in minutes, looks good, is of a high quality, and works well. And it really permits you to firmly tear off one square at a time with one hand. I enjoy mine and highly recommend.

The core of the holder needs an endcap to hold the roll on when pulling at an angle.

It's a nice design and well made, but we noticed that when trying to pull a towel off the roll to the left side, the whole roll pulls right off the OXO core. Our towel holder is mounted under an upper cabinet next to the refrigerator (which is on the right) so many times we are pulling a towel off the roll either straight out, or somewhat to the left. And to the left, the whole roll just pops right off the core of the OXO holder.
