Unfortunately, these pans does not do well with high heat. They stain easily and food sticks to the pans.

Worth the price

This set is very well made. I don’t have any issue with food sticking as long as I coat the pan well. All of the pans have gone through the dishwasher which I love.

I have slowly been exchanging my pots and pans out for stainless, and this set was the perfect addition. For the comments complaining these aren't non stick - nowhere in the description does it state they are. Stainless steel is not and never will non stick. I think you need to be a bit experienced in cooking to adapt to stainless. I'm not saying that to be a jerk. You have to be mindful of temperature used while cooking and the cooking utensils as well. The value is also excellent compared to some other higher end sets that are overpriced for the same quality. This set is wonderful and I look forward to cooking with them for many years to come!

Great cookware

I decided to go clean with my cookware. I wanted non toxic cookware to keep my family as healthy as possible and this was an easy change. This is heavy and well built. I was worried about sticking but I have had no problem as long as you preheat the pans.
