Love it! Was exactly what I was looking for

Lines from the faucet to water valves not flexible enough, very difficult to twist around to correct angle. No leaks works fine and looks good.

Very satisfied with purchase

Got sent a returned product that was missing parts and I had to put it together with separate purchased parts from a plumbing supply house. Home Depot just doesn’t care about contractors anymore and it’s awful. But you won’t care bc you got my money already.

The water pressure through this was less because it makes accommodations for the special shield spray mode. I would rather have the water pressure

Nice looking, spray nozzle is not as high pressure as I would like.

Product was damaged. Return process was good during the online order at a local store. Customer service however did not offer to check if a replacement might be in stock at their store.

Handle broke in 10 months

Handle came out in 10 months. Is it possible to re-attach it or buy new handle? I cant afford to replace entire faucet in 10 months!

looks beautiful and the magnetic sprayer and shield spray is phenomenal. I used to have a weighted sprayer instead of the magnetic, I cannot believe how much better the magnet is! Our plumber also praised us for buying Delta as it's easy to fix/find parts should we ever need to. 10/10

Perfect for my kitchen!

Just what I wanted.

Had this product installed professionally 2 weeks ago. This one is similar to a previous house. Love the flexibility with the removable faucet head. Well worth the price !!

Sprayer malfunctioned

About 6 months into using the faucet, the sprayer started to drip out of the aerator. If I squeeze the sprayer button on the faucet head, the dripping will slow down but not stop. Disassembling and cleaning did not help. There is now a steady stream coming out of the main aerator while in spray mode. For $200, I would expect this thing to work without fault for more than 6 months. Very disappointed with the purchase.

Pretty simple to install and looks great. Definitely an upgrade from what we had.

Leaking spout

Started to leak from spout after a week of using. Spend $120 with a professional plumber to install, and he says it's defective piece otherwise a branded faucet like Delta won't leak within 2 weeks. Now I have return and get a new faucet, but have to again pay plumber to install new one!! This time, not going with Delta anymore.

This was a nice upgrade to our kitchen and was easy to install. The finish and quality were excellent. It also came with some extra pieces. in case we had separate hot and cold outlets, and a soap dispenser.

Looks good and works great.

I first purchased the Moen Kaden model and it dripped for about 3 minutes every time it was used. For as expensive as it is, it shouldn’t drip. I researched and purchased this Delta Charmaine model and we both love it. No dripping and the power feature to clean off plates works great without splashing everywhere. It’s currently be installed for about 4 days and we are very satisfied with it.
