Beware!

Next month, it will be 8 years since I purchased, and it just started leaking! I purchased at Home Depot and they said they have NO PARTS for any Pfister faucet. It's been a week since I have had water in my kitchen and even after purchasing 3 special tools, I am still trying to get this faucet disconnected!!!

Faucet toggle leaks bad

Bought this in Oct. 2021 and it has worked fine until today, April 2, 2023 (18 months).

defective spray nozzles

Original nozzle leaked at the button after about two years, 60 dollar replacement nozzle after 6 months leaked in the same place. Cheap construction, or poor design who knows. I will not be buying another 60 dollar nozzle to see.

The item is old design campier to other product, missing two waters cables supply.

WOW--Fabulous customer service for Pfister

Really love the look of this faucet. A year after purchase, the sprayer button has sprung a leak. After a 5-minute call with Pfister, the faucet is under a lifetime warranty and the replacement head is being delivered within 1 week.

I love this new faucet. I love that it is not low to the sink so it is easier to wash dishes. With big pots and pans it makes washing and rinsing much easier.

Pain in the neck

Had it for around 3 months and it sprung a leak in the hose. Its not cheap so we decided to contact home depot since it was not a sales install we were to contact phister. The problem got worse because if you put it back in the pedistall it leaks down. My kitchen is on my second floor my sons room below, it was a disaster I have had to replace the celing pull the kitchen apart to redo the subflooring; all bad! I Hope nobody purchases this item, I threw mine in the garbage!
