Could be better

We bought this set and the small one is great. The large trash can has a design flaw for me. The cover where the batteries go, faces down into the trash can....so the cover fell off at some point into the trash. We tried duct tape it to fix it but it was a total fail. We ended just getting an old school trash can and getting rid of that can after 90 days.

This Trash can is a peace of trash, no ways to open, return to Sam's club!

Lid defective - not replaced yet by manufacturer.

Lid to big can does not work. Contacted Manufacturer and still no replacement. Waiting 12 days and not communicating with me on replacing.

Worked great at first, then the top stopped workin

I brought this and was very excited, but like everyone else, the big trash can stopped working. It sounds like something is broken in it. I went online and completed the form for the warranty to try to have the lid replaced and have yet to hear anything back. So now I have a trash can that is supposed to be automatic but is not. As a single mom, I don't have a lot of discretionary funds, so this is upsetting.

Sensor stopped working after 2 months

Had this set for a whole two months before the sensor on the 13 gallon can stopped working. I have tried to contact the company many times and have yet to get a reply back. I can't even buy the lid off their website, it says it's unavailable. Will be returning this.

Disappointing gift

Purchased as gift, sent out of state. Large can lid gets stuck, small one constantly blinks red, yes, has new batteries.

I just bought this and the larger one didn't last a month. The lid just makes a noise and refuses to open. Definitely not worth the money.

Puppy proof

Perfect set, nicely priced. We decided on these because our puppy won't stay out of the regular can with a regular lid. They have worked perfectly to deter that behavior because she's scared of it. Also a deciding factor was the batteries, this set actually takes the same size so we were able to buy em at Sam's in bulk. Other sets required different size batteries for each can

Was great until it wasn't

Bought this in Oct 2023 and it worked great until a couple days ago and the lid decided not to go up anymore. Sounds like it wants to but won't. Even replaced the batteries but that didn't help.

Did not work for me......

I received it 10 days ago and I've been calling the number on box as it says to do so because after i installed batteries i cannot get out to work I've been put on hold for long period of times and hung up on

Such a great deal I bought 2

I needed to get a new touchless garbage can as my other one was losing its power even after replacing batteries. The added bonus of a smaller one for the bathroom & it was on sale was sale. I just couldn’t pass up this deal. When I received it I was really impressed. I decided to order another set.
