Simple design and good quality workmanship, exceeds expectations. Installed 2 weeks ago. Very satisfied.

I had this faucet in my kitchen for over 10 years and it worked beautifully until recently when something inside it failed and water would only trickle out. I replaced with the exact same product because it held up so well for so long, and looks great.

[Rewarded Review] Good installation, high and out of the way

This is good looking faucet with a nice valve handle that works smoothly. It replaced a lower style faucet which was frequently in the way. I installed it myself. The directions were clear and helpful. The 360 degree turning nozzle allows the valve to be installed wherever convenient. Mine is on the left to avoid being to close to the right side spray.

One part was defective so had th use the existing one.

Worst faucet ever

I originally had this faucet installed in July 2020 by a professional plumber. By January 2021, something in the tip of the faucet must have broken loose preventing water from coming out. I called my plumber, he contacted Moen and they sent out another new set. He came out and installed it but (understandably) had to charge me for coming out and installing the new one. Now two years later, the sprayer is not working. If I have the water on and squeeze the sprayer, the water continues to come out of the sprayer when I release it. The handle does not release when I stop squeezing. So I will have to look for a new faucet (not a Moen brand one for sure) and pay my plumber to come back and install a new one. I used to think Moen made a good product but I am no longer convinced. There is no reason that a brand-new faucet should only last a couple of years with normal use (household of 2 working adults). I am extremely unhappy and disappointed in Moen.

The cartridge/valve body has come loose.

We were happy at first. Seemed like a quality build. Now I'm past my 90 day return window and the cartridge or valve body wabbles inside the housing by almost 1/4 inch. I can grab the handle and wiggle it around over a 1/4 in all directions and it seems to get worse by the day. This unit didn't ship with any kind of drawing or parts list so I don't even know if it's something I can fix. A $310. faucet should last forever not 3 months. Very disappointed.

Nice faucet but splashes a lot

Like having the newer, more modern faucet, but it splashes more than my old one. I have to remember to keep dishes down low in the sink or I have splashes everywhere. It looks really nice and I love the finish.

Problems

I got this as a replacement faucet from Moen. It is a nice looking faucet, but doesn't move all the way to the right. It bounces back. Also, the handle is loose and I can't see where there is any way to tighten it. There is usually a little screw on the side, but this one looks to be just a smooth piece of metal.
