It's a toilet brush. It's basic, feels a bit cheap but then it *was* cheap. Looks nicer than a plastic or disposable one and performs its bristly function. Those were my minimum requirement, and this meets them.

Would Return if I could ...

Product had a bent lid, even after adjustment it did not fit on the top well. The inner container had a plastic receptacle that only went up 4 -5 inches which means toilet water would end up underneath. Tried to return to Walmart but it was a different vendor. Vendor charged 15% to return and did not cover shipping. Not worth returning, which I am sure is the plan.
