This hose real is top notch. It's stainless steel frame is very strong and durable. This isn't a flimsy setup at all it is heavy and very heavy duty. The fittings and included hose are very well built and show quality. The instructions are clear and consistent. Anyone will be able to assemble this hose reel and get years of service from it. I highly recommend this.
[Rewarded Review] Quality Hose Reel
This is my first hose reel ever in the quality category. Was always plastic of some design that never lasted long. The Morvat high quality stainless steel hose reel can hold up to one hundred fifty feet of hose, depending on the diameter. It has a hand crank on the right side to make it easy to wind hose back in. Installation was done near the hose bib, which needs replacing, on the foundation part of the house below the siding. The shelf will come in handy for some spare parts or keys. All the components included are of high quality. Comes with five feet of stainless leader hose.
[Rewarded Review] Morvat Hose Reel
The hose reel is light but well-constructed and solid. The ability to quickly pull off the wall and move to another faucet is a great feature as well. In the box, extra rubber washers and PTFE thread seal tape was included. I was able to roll up a 75 ft of 3/4 in garden hose without issue. My problem with this hose reel is that it greatly restricts water flow volume. The provided 5 ft leader hose and through design is sized down to 1/4 in. This design is a missed opportunity for an overall well-constructed hose reel.
