This is my go-to paper towel holder based on the perfect resistance applied when pulling/tearing a towel.

This is my 2nd one. We had one in our previous home, and I like it so much I order one for our new home. I mounted it vertically on the outside of the cabinet nearest my sink. Very sturdy.

Organized my counters a lot to get paper towels off the surfaces. Everyone is used to grabbing them from this convenient location now.

We had this one at our old house and loved it. Sadly it doesn't fit with our cabinets in our new house and we had to return it.

everyday use

I purchased this because I read it would accept any size paper towels. The dispenser is mounted in my kitchen, under the cabinet. I purchase the largest rolls available because I'm too lazy to walk to the pantry to replace with a new roll. I use a lot of paper towels unfortunately. DOES NOT FIT ALL PAPER TOWELS. Attached is a picture of ones it doesn't fit. I'm going to use keep it because of the tension it has, when I want one towel, it doesn't continue to give me the whole roll. I will however continue search, along with perfect fitting Jeans.

Works well

easy up and the easy tear is nice

Despite the clacktey sound when you pull off your paper towels, this works really well. It is sturdy enough to hold a large roll of paper towels and works vertically or horizontally.

Third one that i've purchased for a friend. It is the perfect tension to tear a sheet one handed.

The other products seemed very flimsy but this one is well made and feels like it will stand the test of time.

Disappointed it didn’t last longer

I’ve had one of these for years and loved how I could easily tear one section of paper towel off at a time. Then my daughter broke it off the wall accidentally while grabbing several towels to clean up a broken jar of spaghetti sauce. So I ordered another one last month. But now, it’s quit ratcheting to just release one towel at a time. Instead, several roll off freely. I’m very disappointed that it broke so early.

Perfect for what I needed

My daughter-in-law has one of these towel holders. We are staying with them during an extensive home remodel, and I have loved-loved-loved hers. I ordered one for me a couple of weeks after we began our stay--and I have since ordered them for several others, because they are so great. I anticipate buying a few more for a few others in the next few months, as well.
