Love It

After spending years having to replace soap bottles every few months because either the kids or the mrs broke them, I decided to splash out on a couple of these. Don't regret it one bit. They look stylish, work really well and are easy to mount and use. Would definately recommend if you want your soap dispenser to be little more than an afterthought.

Second purchase of this product, I have the double version in my en-suite. Both only attached by the stick on backing, no nails needed. The double one has been up over two months. Easy to clean and dispenses really easily. Easy to refill.

Complaint, Suggestion and Remedy!

Bought the triple dispenser and loved it so much, ordered the single pump. However, with the more expensive product it only had one razor hook and with the least expensive it had two. The tripl had lids stating shampoo, conditioner and soap, so i put this in the shower. The single one was ordered to be a soap dispenser by the sink but came with a shampoo lid which i found disappointing. perhaps ith should be specified on the box or alternatively no label. I have emailed the customer service team and they have agreed to replace it as a good will gesture, but otherwise if i had to buy a lid it would cost me over £6 - basically for one word which wasn't specified on the box. This is misleading by the company.

Not delivering soap

Bought new single and double dispenser s after our triple fell off the shower wall and broke. I had to take one apart and clean little bits of plastic out of it immediately as it wouldn’t deliver the body soap. Now the other is doing the same for shampoo. Waiting for #3 to break down.QC seems to be a problem for y’all. ☹️☹️

Excellent product

Truly love this wall mount pump. Very sturdy and stylish. I liked it so much l now have them by each hand basin, plus a double in each shower. The only problem l had was thinking the adhesive pad would be strong enough for a single despite cleaning the area thoroughly with the alcohol wipe. Unfortunately it wasn't and both fell down after a week. Lesson learnt and they are all fixed with screws now and looking great.

Chose placement carefully

We stayed at an AirBnB that had these dispensers in the shower (a set of 3) and twice during a four day stay one of us accidentally lifted our arm to wash our hair and knocked one of the bottles right out (came out too easily in our opinion) and it shattered in the tub. Had to buy the owner two replacements and they aren't cheap. If you use them in the shower, make sure they aren't in a spot where they could get knocked down easily. It would be better if the bottles had some sort of latch so they couldn't be knocked out instead of just two little prongs to attach them.

This is the third pump that I have purchased from you. The first one worked well until the adhesive failed, and it fell off the wall and broke. I ordered a second one, and you sent me one that had obviously been returned to you, because it was broken. The paper backing on the wall mount was missing and the plastic container part was completely broken. I returned this immediately and ordered a new one.

So Good I Bought Another...More Than 10 Years Later

I've been extremely happy with this purchase from more than 10 years ago. However, recently it started to hang slightly from my marble shower tile. I ordered a new plate (with adhesive), removed the original plate (causing no damage to the tile) and installed the new plate. Like brand new! And the 10+ year old pump still works like new.

Super Neat Design

Super neat quality and design, as you come to expect from SimpleHuman; don’t know why we didn’t get them sooner, I’ve been trying to avoid buying plastic bottles of shampoo/condish/gel for some years now and get bulk refills instead, plus we’re short on space in our house. So being able to mount these up out of harm’s way (and also hang razors out of reach of our new addition to the family!) is a double bonus.

Wish I'd Discovered These Years Ago!

Just had a new bathroom installed and these just finish it off nicely. Look amazing and easy to put up - no drill required. As long as you use the alcohol wipe and wait for the surface to dray before sticking, it does not budge! I then bought another one. So easy to use with one hand and much cleaner than having bottles lying around.

Could be better

The mounting plate is the perfect size for subway tile, the adhesive is strong, the pump mechanism top notch. Unfortunately the cap at the top could use a lot of improvement. It's difficult to take off, especially with slippery hands. At the same time, it isn't secure enough to keep the contents in the cylinder when placed on its side, so you have to keep it upright the whole time when filling - which means you have to fill it while it's on the wall. The first time I filled it (with shower gel), I set it on its side, expecting to pop it back onto the plate in a few minutes. Cap came off and my all of the shower gel spilled out, leaving quite the slippery mess to clean up. Glad I didn't put it on its side on the floor. It could be improved by making the cap a screw-on, with hand grips for easy twisting on and off.

Adhesive not enough; drill holes needed

The adhesive held for about a week. I followed the instructions (cleaned with alcohol, let the holder adhere for +24 hours) but last night it fell off the ceramic tile. I can’t drill into the tile as we are renting so will need to seek a refund and find another solution. Perhaps Simple human can replace it with one of there hand pumps that I can just place in our shower caddy. If you can drill holes to secure the device, the pump works excellent. Otherwise, don’t count on the adhesive getting you by.

Best Ever!!! Pumped about this pump!!!

I LOVE this wall pump!! We have several throughout the house. I bought the single mount each time I purchased these. I wasn’t too sure how the two or three combined would hold up in the showers.

Pump disaster

2 stars is NOT for design. I own a ton of simple human items throughout my home. I was concerned about mounting this pump on my tile though I only planned to use the adhesive. After mounting and leaving untouched for more than 24 hours, I filled and began to use. My first experience it came off the mounting bracket and landed on the floor. The base was stuck to the wall but apparently the unit left the factory attached to the base plate upside down. I didn’t explore removing it because I was not screwing it into the tile. I never dreamed it would arrive upside down. Installing this would have been my engineer husband’s job had I not just lost him to cancer. Very disappointed since it’s really unusable as any upward pressure pops it off of the baseplate.

Excellent addition to the bathroom

I purchased this item to be used by the vanity sink in my downstairs bathroom. I needed a soap dispenser and when I saw this item and did some research, I decided to get the single unit. It is used for Dawn Bacterial Hand Soap (Orange). It works excellently.
