The metal flat backing to which you insert the shelf had holes that were crooked so the bottom shelf looked crooked compared to the top. Disappointing considering the cost.

I did not receive the shelf in the picture but instead received a similar item. It was close enough so I went ahead and installed it in my kids' bathroom. The bracket for the shelf is completely different that what is pictured on the website and there were zero instructions supplied so I had to spend some time to figure out how it went together and attached to the wall. In the end, the brackets are not completely straight but it does the job so the kids have more places to hang towels and washcloths.

I haven't installed it yet, but looks good and sturdy enough for a few towels. It does not coem with instructions, but not that hard to figure out. The only concern I have is that it comes in pieces and I may have a hard time making sure the shelf is level and squared without a mounting template (all the other bathroom hardware I have purchased came with a template to help me mount it correctly to the wall). Not sure why it doesn't come with one. Anyways, nice for the price.

Towel rack delivered in a torn box, the towel rack itself was 'chintzy' and lightweight, it did not provide an impression of quality - I thought this was hardly worth the trouble of putting up.

Quality stainless steel towel rack, thought it would be heavier but pleasantly surprised it was so easy to put up on the wall. One drawback is that it doesn't come with instructions on how to put together; figured it out by pulling it up on line and zooming in on picture.

It looks very nice in our guest bathroom. You can see it's a great product. Very strong, easy to instal, and holds pretty well two to three bath towels, folded, on the top rack, and two hand towels hanging on bottom rack. Would recomend.

Looks nice, packaging was flimsy - the towel bar wasn't level and I have requested a replacement. Would be nice if it came with better instructions - I plan to use my own hardware to hang as the screws it came with don't look sturdy. Replacement arrived in much better packaging - sturdy piece - easy to hang and looks very nice

Honestly, the flimsiest towel racks I've ever touched. I ordered 2 for my full bathrooms renovations and I was so disappointed. One of the boxes arrived severely damaged and the rack inside was slightly bent. The other box was missing the installation hardware. For the advertised price on Overstock, just wow. I wouldn't have paid $ each for them in a bargain outlet store. Save the disappointment and go with a heavier weighted material. These are just junk. Sorry.
