Does not stay in place. The product description claims it has a non-slip backing. The product slide all over the tread, I constantly have to straighten them. It's annoying!

I ordered these so my dog wouldn’t slip on the steps and they are just what I needed.

Treads would not stay put on wood stairs, kept sliding.

Perfect! Our dog is no longer slipping while getting up the stairs.

Only thing would be if there was a way to keep them in place. They work great, no slipping and they mostly stay in place.

They slip. You need carpet tape at a minimum.

Bought these for the dog… she wouldn’t go upstairs without them! However, they don’t stand up to the washing machine. Glad we bought extra just in case.

Meh. They were cheap looking and when washed became quickly damaged. If you expect these to look good for more than a month and you will wash them regularly...pass.

Stair Tread were just what we wanted.

They arrived on time and were easy to put into place. They stay in place very well too. I had to cut one to fit a strangely shaped step and that went very well. No rough edges or unraveling of any kind.

Love that these stay in place. Not soft but I don't care.

Great product, great price. I put double sided carpet tape on the back and stuck them on the existing stair treads. They don't move even a little. I wouldn't trust them not to move without the tape though. Very happy with them!

Color matched great with our newly installed vinyl plank flooring. Rubber backing limited movement /slipping on stairs

They blend in with the wood on my stair case. They do not scratch the wood as I feared they would do. I feel much more comfortable with the kids going up and down the stairs now that I have these.

These were to replace what I previously purchased from another vendor. Much better protection and no slips. I have beautiful wooden stairs that I want to preserve.

These treads look nice and worked great for my stairs. I have six stairs that are finished wood and quite slippery. I ordered these the day that my granddaughter slipped and slid partway down. The treads give good traction. They move a little, but stay on the stairs. The brown color shows every spec of lint, but they work well.

I purchased these for our steps leading into house from garage. We have an aging dog who would slip on the stairs. Since we attach these to the stairs, she has had no problem, and no falls. They adhere very nicely, and have not peeled off.
