light will not shut off. pd a lot pf money for this for a gift and litteraly sucks because we cant ise it anymore 😞. maybe the seller will fix the problem but i dought it

This light didn’t last a month . The charging port tore up and there’s no way to fix it.

Bulbs burn out and cannot be replaced.

I have purchased 2 of these lights to use for occasional boating at night. They worked well in the 1st season. But in the second year, the bulbs burned out. Not sure why you can’t buy a replacement bulb, if they are going to burn out after minimal use.

Battery wont charge

Worked for a short time then battery wouldnt take a charge. I wouldnt buy again.

Failure

Bought this for use in emergencies. Used maybe 3 times for only a few minutes each. But after less than 3 years, it stopped working altogether. Cannot recommend this to anybody.

Short life

Mine failed with less than an hour of run time. Nobody in my yacht club will touch this due to the number of failures.

Short life for spotlight

Bought this for the family to use around the farm! worked great for a year, then it would not stay charged long enough to walk into the field ! By 18 months the outside ring of led lights quit working, which left one center bulb slightly illuminated. Contacted the company to see if I could get it serviced or replace the bulbs. No such thing! I trashed it. Rather expensive for a light that lasts just over a year! I will not buy another STANLEY light!

This was a great light, I had for 6 months and the led died, now not so great. I want another but reluctant to trust the brand. Seems like a pretty basic thing to get right.

BOUGHT IN MAY OF THIS YEAR. LIGHT WEIGHT AND BRIGHT BUT, STOPPED WORKING AFTER 6 MONTHS. NEVER DROPPED OR SUBMERGED. ONLY A 30 DAY WARRANTY. VERY DISAPPOINTED. EXPECTED BETTER FROM STANLEY.

Flashlight stopped working - No LED Spot Light!

I loved my Stanley FatMax until the LED lights burned out and I a purchased it in May 2018 and it is no longer working. Says not to return to store, and I will try calling the mfg. as instructed. I took excellent care of this flashlight, so there is no reason why it quit working and this is a big disappointment on quality and longevity. I would rate higher if the mfg stands behind the product and replaces this flashlight, otherwise it is a waste of money.

Reliable. I had one years ago and it is so good to get another one. I also had purchased one for members of my family. Comfortable grip.

THE WORST....defective lights

Bright and seems to be built very well HOWEVER It is the WORST light and total waste of money! WHY? Defective and will not last or work as it should. Just do a search on FL5W10. You will find everyone has the same problems with light failing and NOT WORKING

Great spotlight

Hangs in my mudroom for emergencies. Goes on my fishing and hunting trips. Been dragged under my house a few times, helped me fix a car or two at night. Has never failed me when I've needed it.

DON"T BUY IT!!

Ordered this spotlight about May 20th and was very excited when 1st using it! When taking our dogs out, the light was bright and covered a wider area than our old flashlights. However, within a few days the light switched to dim then went out completely. It now will not recharge and will briefly turn on a dim light then go out. A big waste of money!!

Great lightweight little light. Easy to handle while heading out in the boat when it is still dark. Lights up the shores with ease and easy charging.

Stanley is dead

I bought this 2 years ago for my boat. I fully charged it up and verified it worked. Now 2 years later it won't turn on. OK, I recharged it. I have green lights. It still won't turn on. The LED is burnt out after 30 seconds of use 2 year ago. In my 62 years of life THIS IS THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT!!!

Small but bright

Neat , small spotlight. Fits easily in boat storage box. Rechargeable, waterproof and has high and low beam. Its bright to be small. Xomes with 12v charger adapter and 110v adapter and a 3 ft cord.

Best flashlight I have a bark

Can I have paid the price works great rechargeable ready for any kind and emergency plus you can school would die with it how can you not beat It must get it

Defective switch-

Light turned on when I took it out of the package. Would not turn off. Returned to the local Walmart because of the defective switch.
